Upstairs, a snug reading nook awaits, complete with a comfortable leather chair.

Our open-concept kitchen encourages culinary adventures and lively conversations. Fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Gather around the elegant wooden dining table, comfortably seating eight, for delightful shared meals. Bedrooms Baths: The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms. The entry-level master bedroom features a king bed, a 40'' TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and luxurious jetted tub. An additional guest bathroom on this level includes a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, while the adjacent family-friendly third bedroom boasts a twin bed, a twin-over-twin bunk, and a twin-over-full bunk, along with a TV, making it an ideal space for kids. The guest bathroom on this floor also features a tub/shower combination.

Nestled in Columbine Lake, a private, covenant-controlled community, guests are welcome to enjoy leisurely strolls around the lake and bask on the beach. However, the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs, and Columbine Lake are exclusive to residents. Please note that the property features three external security cameras positioned on the front and side decks, all outward-facing and not intrusive to interior spaces.
