Arnold's Luxury Lake Front Condo and Marina

Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Beacon Landing Luxury condo sits on the shores of Lake Granby and features three levels with two upper decks and ground level patio, all with spectacular views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains.. Decorated to fit the mountain and lake settings. Upper level is the master bedroom area with full bathroom and heated jetted tub. Second level is the kitchen, dining, living area (gas grill on deck) with the 1/2 bath and washer/dryer area. Main entry level has the two bedrooms with common bathroom. (one with queen size bed and one with double and bunk above). We are located 90 minutes fro Denver, 15 minutes from the town of Granby and only 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake. The summer and winter activities are plentiful. Our condo amenities: Two Fireplaces, Phone, TV, DVD, full kitchen (cooking utensils included). Linen is provided. Attached to our 8 unit complex is Beacon Landing Marina and bait shop. 5 lakes in this area. Sorry NO PETS allowed.

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had found something special. This condo isn't just a place to stay; it's a meticulously cared-for condo that offers an unbeatable lakeside experience.The Location is Simply Perfect. Going to bed to the gentle sound of waves and enjoying the panoramic views of the water from two huge balconies was a daily highlight.Spacious and Cared For. The condo is spacious, which was perfect for our family to relax in without feeling crowded. It's clear the owners take immense pride in this property.We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We are already planning our next trip back!

This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in a peaceful location, it offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It's conveniently close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the hot springs, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area. The property was impeccably clean; one of the cleanest weā€™ve ever stayed in. While we did experience a brief issue with the internet, the hosts responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Highly recommend!

Cozy condo

Liked the location, near the marina and pretty views of the lake. Cozy and peaceful. Only negative was the mattress in the guest bedroom( trundle bed) was not very comfortable.

Amazing Stay

You can't go wrong staying at this condo. The views were amazing from all the rooms. Easy access to the water. They had everything you would need for cooking or grilling. There is a firepit and horseshoes. We have a boat and were able to rent a slip right by the condo. Made it so easy to go boating every day. We would definitely go back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Good location, no more steps please

Totally my fault but there are too many steps in this place. I should have checked this closer. My wife has a bad knee. We loved the location and it was very quiet. One thing I would ask is clean the spider webs inside and out. We had a great weekend and if it were not for the step workout we would stay again.

Great Place On The Lake

We loved staying at this property and are still talking about the amazing layout. King suite with covered balcony on 3rd floor, Kitchen, powder room, laundry closet, family and dining room and a large covered deck with bbq grill on second floor and 2 bedrooms with full bath on main floor that had a walk out that led to the horseshoe pit and lake. Everyone had privacy and we were able to sit on the decks each day and night even in the rain because they were covered. We also had 2 parking spaces and that was nice, because they were saved for us. Bring your paddleboards and kayaks as there is a really amazing cove directly east of the condo, down a dirt road. There are a lot of bugs being close to the lake. The owners had left citronella candles for us. Colorado has had a wet summer, and knowing that we brought bug spray and bug fogger that made our stay more pleasant. The washer wasn't working while we were there but had a days notice of that and brought up an extra outfit. The kitchen was stocked with a crock pot that we used as well as many other cooking utensils and some spices. If you plan on cooking and like leftovers, bring an extra container or two, there were no Rubbermaid containers in the condo. Overall an amazing stay and we will plan to be back another time:)

Beautiful location

I will start off with the positive- beautiful location, great condo with 3 bedrooms and great views of the lake. Arrived with the place not cleaned from the previous visit. It was 4th of July so very much looking forward to a vacation. Did get ahold of the property manager to let her know of the status. There was an issue with the cleaning crew calling sick and her not checking her VM that the house was not cleaned. At first I felt like the property manger was rude and did not know the importance of customer service and how to deal with a frustrating situation. I was upset and disappointed. The visit got cancelled. I was fully refunded without any issues, except the vacation insurance I had taken through VRBO. She also helped me get my laptop back that was left in the condo, so I appreciate that effort. Unfortunate situation that I think could have been handled with better customer service, but it was a beautiful condo on the lake.

Cool and Quiet

The bed situation was a bit different from expectations. The bedroom with a single bed and trundle needs at least one nightstand. The lighting is very dim. There was no kleenex in the entire condo. We took advantage of the opportunity to take a short boat trip on Lake Granby. The views of the lake and the mountains were magnificent.

We love this location

This is very nice property pretty spacious to accommodate couple families or family with kids We stayed at the building few time in past, this is first time at this one. One negative thing it was all full of mosquitoes or some other species like mosquitoes, every morning they will come again, we did not had bites, but its was not pleasant. I needed to clean all area outside all by myself. Other then that that is great place to stay in the area. The condo had all necessary things available. we were little short of towels and plates and coffee mags so needed to run dishwasher pretty mush after each meal.

Relaxing getaway

We had a very nice stay on Lake Granby at this townhome. It is right on or near (depending on the time of year) the water. This is a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Marina is right there.....but not loud or a problem in anyway. Fun to watch boats come and go. We enjoyed it very much.

Annual Family Trip

My family and my sisterā€™s family started staying at Arnoldā€™s Place in 2020. It has now become the location of our annual summer trip. If you want a quiet place with close access to Lake Granby, this place really cannot be beat. With the ability to rent a dock slip on location, it allows for us to come and go throughout the day. This year we noticed new carpet and new barstools, which helped provide a cleaner and fresher look. The kitchen has some but not all the items one needs when cooking. The location really canā€™t be beat for the price and accommodations provided.

We stayed for an ice fishing tournament and found this property to be clean, comfortable with an easy access location. The owners were kind and great to work. This property had beautiful views, big kitchen and nice size rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

Lake Granby

This is our second time staying here. My family and I love the quick and easy access to Lake Granby. The marina owners are very nice and helpful. The townhouse owners greet you with a nice card and bottle of wine. The townhouse is on the end, so it tends to be very nice and quiet. The townhouse is well appointed with most things that you need, as well as being reasonably clean. We tend to do a lot of cooking while we stay at these types of places, so we knew from last time that we needed to bring our own condiments, spices, etc. There are a few condiments but not many. Most the cooking ware is there, but not much for casseroles. The patios are splendid and you get a nice but slightly obstructed view of Lake Granby. There was a bit of a spider infestation this year, which limited the time we spent on the patios in the evening since thatā€™s when all the spiders came out to play. Overall a very nice place thatā€™s priced right for a great lake vacation.

Great location for boating.

Bar stools in kitchen are stained badly. Almost all lights and corner of walls need dusted badly!!! Lots of dead bugs in window sills. Master bathroom could use fixing the toiletā€¦seat is loose and the flusher handle is coming out. Overalll great place and enjoyed our stay but would suggest better cleaning.
