"We enjoyed our stay here, the location is great and views are amazing. Loved having access to the private pier and beach and being able to walk to the IOP restaurants and shops. The condo was cozy and the built-in bunks are great but a bit tight for our teenagers, though they would be perfect for younger kids. WiFi service seemed to struggle but a good excuse to put down screens and enjoy the beach."

Wish checkout time was later and could have used another mirror in the unit outside the bathroom as well as some coffee for our one morning there (we flew in for a night and it wasn’t worth buying even a small package for just one day). But, this condo had all the other basic necessities, a lot of coastal charm, and was close to everything we needed! "

"Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! "This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!"
