Splendid Corner Unit & Third-floor views without the climb! Guest-Voted Premier Host, we recommend you dip in our private Salt-Water Pool, open year-round! Our Second-level end unit, beachfront Condo, is in a prime location and has a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized pure gel mattress added in January 2023. Additionally, we have added four new Sunbrella mildew-resistant chair cushions for your comfort on the balcony. We recently installed a new cook range in our kitchen in January 2023. Our location is very convenient as we are within walking distance of many restaurants, and veterans can visit the Post on the Coast VFW 3137, just a short walk away from grocery stores and other amenities in IOP.
Our second-level Condo on the Oceanfront was updated in May 2021 with new flooring, a fridge, "Mattress Firm Sleepy's Pillowtop Mattress & box springs," disposal, decorative pillows, and a newer Tommy Bahama comforter. The oceanfront Condo is perfect for enjoying the famous hard-packed sandy beach of IOP with your loved ones. Miles of beach walks await you as the apartment is just a few steps away from the ocean. The incredible sunrises invite you to swim, relax on the balcony, or enjoy the community's "salt system pool." Nearby amenities include the popular Acme Cantina restaurant and souvenir/convenience stores. Consider this Condo a perfect vacation destination for a week or weekend getaway. The Condo is fully furnished and located on the award-winning Isle of Palms beach. Our complex features the only Atlantic Ocean-rated Pier on IOP, with over 500 feet extending into the ocean. The Isle of Palms beach is one of the best walking beaches in the world, with great sun and many shells at low tide. Disclosure: No elevator, No Smoking, No parties, 1 Car Pass per stay; any other vehicles need to park elsewhere. Isle of Palms County Park is at the beach next door. The park gives it a significant advantage when it comes to family enjoyment. A playground, water, land, bathrooms, food, changing rooms, and picnic areas exist.
Our Condo is a 20-minute ride to Mt. Pleasant, Shem Creek, Old Village, and Downtown Charleston. This is a top-ranked Vacation City in the USA by Conde Nast Traveler. There are Antebellum homes in downtown Charleston, beautiful restaurants, historic carriage tours, walking tours, ghost tours, you name it, take a boat ride to Fort Sumter. Walk the Ravenel Bridge and note the views of the Cooper River. Beneath the bridge and not to be missed is "Waterfront Park," View the Atlantic Ocean from our second-floor balcony and watch Dolphins, Shrimp Boats, Surfers, and more! Most of the year, the moon is directly over the Atlantic, and we have a view from the oceanfront balcony in the evening. Do NASCAR events strike your fancy? What better way to enjoy the events than at an Ocean Front Condo on the Isle Of Palms with a flat-screen cable and free Wi-Fi? Enter the Mighty "Cooper River Bridge Run" over the now named (Ravenel Bridge).
What a great way to unwind on a beach during or after these festivities. We recently added a Jeldwin "Ocean Rated" sliding doorway to the balcony. We have a newer energy-efficient Heat and AC system by Broan, which keeps you cool & comfortable. This oceanfront beach is beautiful and well-kept, and it has been the winner of the coveted 'Blue Wave' award for many years since the award began in 1999. Gorgeous sunrises and perfect sunsets, dolphins out front in the surf, or just down the beach at 'BREACH INLET.' You can view all this while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, or balcony with a straight view of the pool, ocean, and pier. Gated access and the security cart are always close by, just in case, with friendly service.

Located in the Isle of Palms' heart, this cute Condo is perfectly positioned to enjoy daily and faces east toward the sunrise and the ocean. The view is most dynamic on clear mornings. You're just steps from the beach and a short walk to the island's best restaurants, shops, and parks. This condominium complex claims the only pier on the Front Beach strand at Isle of Palms and is gated and private for your fishing or relaxation enjoyment. *This unit has a complete appliance package: NEW 20' range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, granite countertops, under-mount sink, and pull-out faucet. The attractive Condo is true to its name, 'SUMMER SONG' as the wind seems to sing songs on the waves all through the hours and is situated on the second floor of the center-right building, at the end near the beach, where your bedroom shares no adjacent wall or noise except the stairwell, but this is generally quiet in the evening hours. The balcony is approx 5' x 13', facing the Oceanfront, pool, and pier. An unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean, as we are in the right building facing the pool, pier, and ocean. The view is available from the living room and kitchen. The sunset is lovely over the entrance/back door area, which also has a direct beachfront view beyond the building of most other condominiums and homes in the area and toward Sullivan's Island and Breach Inlet. I also have info for service that will set you up with wood and canvas loungers and umbrellas each morning.
PRIVACY! This Condo also offers individual privacy. The hallway with built-in bunk beds (kids love them) closes off to become a private room for smaller guests with a night light and air/white noise machine available. The adults can go back and forth from the balcony/LR/kitchen or BR through the bathroom door without waking the children. The pull-out sofa adds extra sleeping areas as needed.
We are just one block from the beachfront bars and restaurants. IOP Pizza, Coda De Pesce, Papi's Taqueria, Binky's Seaside Oyster, and Liquor Bar. Nearby Sea Biscuit, Acme Cantina, and Long Island Cafe & more! The world-famous Windjammer Beach Bar offers nightly entertainment (Great Bands like Hootie and the BLOWFISH) have played here. Enjoy the Island Life.? Visit the Boathouse for dinner or Sunday Brunch, try Sullivans Island's restaurant row, bike on the beaches, jog, cruise the coastal waterway, sail, surf, windsurf, take in some live music, or shop the boutiques.
