"The staff was very nice and check in was easy. The room had a jacuzzi (one of the reasons I booked here) but it did not work. It was being used as a regular bathtub with a shower. The room was big and was clean on the surface- but the cabinets in the kitchen and bath areas were worn and dirty. The bath cabinets looked like they had been water damaged and were pretty sad. "We booked our stay through Expedia. Our conformation info stated that we would get our check in info and codes 24 hours before our check in time. Before departing for the beach approximately 400 miles, it was past the 24 hour check in time and I still hadn't received any codes. I was on the phone for around five hours. The host couldn't find my reservation. They told me to call Expedia. Expedia told everything was good on their end and they had contacted the host and I needed to call them back....
