This property didnt have adequate heating for us to stay here safely. It got to 38 degrees at night and the two bedrooms that are not attached to the main unit had no heating unit. 2 small space heaters were provided to heat the space. This would have been perfect if the electric had been able to support the power necessary to run them. When both were on, they could only stay on for 10 minutes before the circuit tripped and the power shut off. We tried using only one and the same thing happened. When this was communicated he recommended bringing over a propane heater to use for the inside despite there being no CO2 monitor, which is extremely unsafe. The property is not as described with 3 bedrooms all in one unit, it is 2 separate units with the main unit having a bedroom without a dedicated wall rather a sliding large door separating the bedroom from the kitchen. You cant access the other rooms without going outside. When we arrived, all the windows were open in the main unit making the temperature under 50 degrees. The wall heating unit was not working at first and when asking for assistance from the owner he was condescending and unhelpful and unresponsive. He suggested things like, "you must have all the windows open". Once the heater finally started working, it took several hours for it to become a comfortable temperature because the wall unit is so small. We were refused a refund despite leaving by 11am the next day and having to rent another space.
