A Place To Stay!
Though our visit was very short, the place was perfect for us. Great view, very clean, comfortable, quiet, yet so close to everything. I highly recommend.

What struck us most was the fabulous silence!
This was a lovely getaway. The property is gorgeous with a spectacular view of the lake.I brought a small telescope and got some great sky views from the wonderful deck. As city/suburban dwellers what struck us most was the fabulous silence. Robert and Lynette were great hosts, not intrusive but always available to make our stay great! Everything was there to add up to a great stay. We definitely recommend and hope to come again.

Lakeside Retreat
Rob and Lynette are wonderful hosts. This is a terrific lakeside retreat with wonderful, elevated views of Lake Winnipesaukee. The furnishings are terrific and the interior of the unit is beautifully appointed. Highly recommended!

The view is absolutely stunning, the house is beautiful and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to everything you need, but also very private. Hated for our time to end.

Weekend ski getaway
My family (husband and 5 year old twins) and I had a wonderful weekend stay here. It’s a great location whether you want to ski Gunstock in the winter or spend time at the Lake in the summer. Beautiful views of the Lake from the kitchen, family room and balcony in the front of the chalet. We drove up after 8 inches of snow had fallen and the driveway, walkway, and stairs up to the chalet had been cleaned for us. The owners are on property and easily accessible if you have any problems or questions. We highly recommend this rental property and will definitely be back for a future stay!

Outstanding lake retreat
Rob was great in intorducing us to the region and accomodating a last minute change in arrival. His chalet was a great fit for a family of 5 with young kids. Thanks for a great weekend!

Lake vacation
This chalet has a great view of the lake and is well kept with all the essentials you need. It is located near many good restaurants and things to do in and around the lake. The owner was very friendly and offered any help if we needed it. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back to this property.

Great location, immaculate chalet
Very clean, new chalet comfortably set back from the road for privacy and still convenient access along the well named Scenic Drive. Just a skip away from Ellacoya State park which we enjoyed day trips more than once in the week. If you are looking for a nicely located vacation spot and don’t need it to be waterfront property on Lake Winnipesaukee, this will do nicely.

House was located at a wonderful place and ecru clean and well stocked. Rob was wonderfully friendly and helpful. One bedroom did not have bunk beds but a pull out bed which worked fine for my kids.

Relaxing getaway
Rob and Lynette were welcoming hosts to their chalet. The space was beautifully decorated. The large windows facing the lake gave lovely lighting and gorgeous views. While the inside was comfortable and had all the needed amenities we enjoyed many hours enjoying sitting on the outside deck as well as enjoying walks in the neighborhood.

Lovely Chalet
I challenge you to find location with a better view. Everything is as advertised. Short drive to slopes or restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Perfect ski location
We had a wonderful start to Feb vacation with our 2 kids just minutes from Gunstock for skiing. House was perfect for us. Brand new and cozy. And gorgeous views of the sun coming up over the Lake. Kids did not want to leave. We already booked again for more skiing!

Lake View Get Away
The rental exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee and close proximity (about 15 minutes) to Gunstock Mountain. Very responsive owners who are available to answer any questions or to provide area recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great place and fantastic hosts
We enjoyed everything about this house, from the cleanliness and functionality, to the views, to the location, to the furnishings. This is a great place for a comfortable getaway by the lake and close to the ski slopes. The hosts are super sweet and responsive. We would gladly return here anytime.

Perfect Chalet with amazing view!
We stayed at the chalet over New Year’s and it was absolutely beautiful! The moment you step into the home, you smell the pine wood. It is spacious and has wonderful high ceilings. The two bedrooms were perfect with 2 full baths. Rob was very quick with any messages we sent and even stopped by with a bottle of Prosecco for us for New Year’s! The view overlooking the lake was beautiful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering it!

Perfect stay
This place is brand new and one of the cleanest rental we have stayed. It is well stocked with everything we need. And the location is perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful lake view everyday. The owner was super nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

This rental was perfect for my family. The views of the lake and mountains are amazing. Rob was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early with our young children. The rental was great and I definitely rent again.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Hosts
Driving to the property, you could tell how gorgeous the area would be. The lake views were unmatched up in the chalet. It's worth climbing the stairs to the immaculate - fully renovated - space. The owners Rob and Lynette were totally accommodating. They were there to help and had great suggestions for things to do. Even though they live on the property, we never felt that they were overly present or intruding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan to do so in the future. Thank you so much Rob & Lynette! It was truly a pleasure to share your space. See you soon!

The property is brand new with a wonderful view and attentive property managers. They were quick to respond and help out in anyway. Summer vacation with stunning views
This rental exceeded our expectations. Brand new and still smells new. Meticulously clean with all the extras like a keurig for coffee, full kitchen and full size fridge, washer and dryer, large dining table for dinners and playing games, smart tv and reclining sofa, babbling brook for white noise while you sit on the deck with stunning views of the lake. Close to weirs beach, hiking, marina for boat rentals and great restaurants.Stayed with our family and we all loved it. Great consideration for winter skiing to as gunstock is close by. Owners were friendly, responsive to our requests and even left a special bottle of wine by the door with a note on my birthday. Highly recommend.

Excellent property with an amazing view of the lake.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is practically new and the location is great for taking day trips for hiking or swimming or visiting the many other attractions in the area. If you have just a couple of hours free, the house just a short drive from Weir beach and Ellacoya beach. Relax in the evenings by watching the boats go by in the lake in the comfort of the living room.

Immaculate, brand new apartment with spectacular views of Lake Winnipesaukee. Hosts were very prompt, helpful and nice at all stages…from researching to booking and then staying at property. Would highly recommend property!
