"We stayed here based on the positive reviews, however we did not have a positive experience. First, during check-in, they were unclear about the hold amount, quoting the price of our stay and saying “plus incidentals.” This caused some difficulty with our check-in, because they continuously did not state the full amount, which added over $100 to the cost. Then, the room was lacking in basic amenities, such as coffee cups for the coffee maker, water cups, an ice bucket, tissues, and toilet...
