Historic 1st story apartment; 3 bedrooms, which includes a bonus library/bedroom w/ sofa bed and trundle bed; 1 King bedroom; 1 Bedroom w 2 twin beds that can be combined to a make 1 King bed. AC installed in bedrooms only, doors must remained closed when in use.

1 bathroom (shower, no tub), 1 rollaway bed (additional fee), sleeps 7 people max.
A gorgeous space to host a small dinner party, brunch, bridal party, or celebration! Kick back with family & friends in a spacious living room with a 65 inch tv, dining room with seating for 8-11 guests, soaring ceilings with original hardwood floors and character throughout, well-equipped kitchen.

*Please note the bedrooms are on the side of the house, closest to the street, there is noise from the traffic throughout the night. There is a box fan and sound machine available to use. This is a multi unit property on college campus, it not a single family home experience, it is more of a small city hotel experience.
