"Terrible experience. Owned by a couple and the wife is so mean and hateful. I accidentally got a stain on the sheets and felt so terrible about it. I balled the sheets up and put them by the door thinking they would be picked up. I came back that evening and nothing had been picked up. The trash was taken out and that’s it. The woman of the couple was watching for me to return from behind a curtain in the office and knocked on the door 5 minutes after I returned. She called me “disgusting” and...

"We stayed there to attend our daughter's graduation at Fort Lee which made the location very convenient. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good and fresh. the only thing i found unusual was the $ 5 parking fee per car per day and they did not even bother to ask for the cars specs even after i offered/asked. Other than that it was a great stay"

"I stayed here for three nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, we had it all ourselves because it wasn’t that hot so we were the only ones there. Breakfast was decent although the beverage machine didn’t work one day and we weren’t offered any alternatives. I would stay again."

"Clean, quiet, and friendly, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of parking for our trailer. The owners and staff warmly welcomed us back for our second stay, and one staff member even offered to bake us cookies! "while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again."

"Room was really nice and comfortable. Great stop on a road trip for an overnight rest. Bedding nice and comfortable-room spacious and clean, bathroom nicer than other competitive brands like Hampton Inn….tile/glass, nice living room and TV—backlit lighting overall great experience….very well lit parking lot, close to convenient Wawa…Areas of opportunity: coffee and breakfast in lobby not high quality, AC unit was loud…..Overall, super happy with this hotel!"

The room was comfortable and clean. The mansion is pre Civil War and furnished accordingly with antiques. If you're looking for modern hotel amenities you will be disappointed, but if you're looking for charm, warmth and a gracious host, you will love Ragland Mansion. Pet friendly as a welcome bonus!"
