"Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

"The location was excellent, right off I95, easy off, easy on. The room was clean, there was plenty of room for my stuff, the tv worked and there were plenty of channels to choose from. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices, food was constantly being made and offered. Coffee was delicious. The only problem I found was the vent in the bathroom pushed the shower curtain into the shower area. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Room was clean but the bathroom was blocked up after showing"

"As other reviewers mentioned, hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a great selection - better than at other hotels in this price range. My only issues were that the bathtub was very slippery and my young daughter slipped and fell getting into the shower and injured herself. I am not sure there is anything the hotel could do to prevent this but please use caution when getting into the tubs.
