My only issues were that the bathtub was very slippery and my young daughter slipped and fell getting into the shower and injured herself. "Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

"Overall pretty clean. My main complaints are about staff and amenities. Any time I went to the front desk, no one was there. Even in the middle of the day, no one was ever at the counter. The vending machines didn’t work and there was no continental breakfast even though they had a kitchen area in the lobby. It was just kept closed. The entire property also smelled highly of marijuana and cigarettes. So bad that it gave me a headache and we stayed in a non-smoking room"
