front and center, where you can enjoy a warm fire on cold evenings overlooking

the mountain landscape. The kitchen area has everything you need to cook a

delicious meal. Up the spiral staircase, you will find an area the kids (or

kids at heart) will surely enjoy, including two twin beds, a flat-screen TV,

and an arcade gaming console with plenty of games for you to choose from. The

condo has two balconies where you can enjoy majestic views of the Smokies. The

Gatlinburg Summit Community has many amenities for you and your family to

enjoy, including a seasonal outdoor pool, a small playground area, picnic

tables and charcoal grills, a small game room inside the office building, a

coin-operated laundry room, and FREE firewood for you to use during your stay

in those colder months!

will find two separate doors leading to the balconies where you can easily

6-person table, perfect for family gatherings and meals, situated by the

windows to enjoy your meals while taking in the stunning mountain views. The

windows offer a picturesque view of the mountains, making mealtime a special

treat. Whether you're in the mood for a leisurely breakfast or dinner, this

refreshing dip. Smoky Top Summit is the ultimate mountain getaway with its

tranquil atmosphere and picturesque views.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This condo is conveniently located on Ski Mountain, making it easily

accessible by both motorcycle and vehicle. There is level parking available

for up to three vehicles. Please note that the condo is situated on the 3rd

floor, accessible only via a stairwell, as there is no elevator. During winter

hours, it's advisable to check weather conditions, as a 4X4 vehicle may be

recommended for optimal access. Just a short drive away, you'll find a Dollar

General and Food City for your convenience. You're also just 5 minutes from

the stunning Smoky Mountains, 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, and 15 minutes

to Pigeon Forge. This prime location puts you right in the heart of all the

excitement Gatlinburg has to offer!



Important Information:

-This condo is on the 3rd floor and only accessible by the indoor stairwell. This complex does NOT have elevators.

-This is a NON-SMOKING unit (absolutely no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony).

-NO PETS are allowed at the condo or on the condominium premises.

-We have a doorbell camera to monitor check-ins, check-outs, and our cleaning service.

-Wild bears wander onto the property often. For your own safety, please do not feed the bears or attempt to interact with them.

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger

outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local

cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner

time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that

sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the condo. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
