Family vacation

We rented this condo because we needed three bedrooms and three bathrooms and it fit our needs. The condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a very reasonable price.

Close to downtown. Need to label light switches and outlets. Needs more skillets in kitchen. No fan covering in the walking shower bathroom. Long hair found on walls in walk in shower bathroom.Saw a young bear right outside our door!!!

Nice accommodation, reasonable price

The interior of the condo was exactly as shown in the photos and met our expectations. It was very comfortable, clean, and nicely prepared by the owner. The only critique we had was of the common areas. The entrance way by the pool had an awkward manual sliding door and the path in didnā€™t have great drainage during our very rainy visit. The indoor pool seemed like it could use a bit more care, but it was acceptable. There wasnā€™t a lot of space for the available luggage carts and people were leaving them outside in the rain. All in all, minor complaints. And depending on your perspective, a plus or minus was the bear that showed up right outside our unit door one day.

Great location

Easily walk and take the trolley so you donā€™t have to find and pay for parking. Nice little place, wish pets were welcome but it worked out well for us.

Great place with only 1 small issue

The stay was great, wasn't too far from town. However 2 panels on the indoor pool were broken causing it to be cold in the pool house. Other than that no complaints

Not good

Pictures and what it look like is 2 different stories. The condo has a wet milldo smell. The couches and carpet felt damp. You could see the ventilation throughout the place was horrible. Condensation would build up over all the walls. The smell was to much. We checked out the day we got there. We were refunded bit a horrible experience

It was about a 10 min. walk to the strip, going wasnā€™t to bad but it is on an incline coming back so a little more difficult, still not bad. We were hoping to see bears and we sure did. When we arrived a bear was walking through the parking lot which was very exciting. Every day bears were seen on the property. We never felt in danger as we were very careful. We were on the lower level so, In the evening they were right outside our door on the other side of the railing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate although the living area was a little small and tight for eight people but we made do, we were gone most of the day anyway They could probably use a paint job and a new area rug, but other than that all the amenities were there that we needed and it was very clean. We would go back

Great location

Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, check in process a breeze. Perfect location. Took less than 10 minutes to walk to restaurants. We were here in off-season but I can imagine the gridlock of downtown traffic and difficulty of finding a parking spot. Would eliminate that hassle by just leaving car at vrbo and walking. We'd stay again.

Our TN vacation

I took my son to TN on a vacation. He was born there but didnt remember anything about TN. I saved to take him on a vacation and he chose TN. The condo was just as described. It was nice that it was within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. He took a friend and we all had our own room, which was very nice. I loved this condo! Only complaints: 1- cleaners didnt double check things well. I had to clean pots, pans and dishes before using them. 2- living area tv we couldnt get to work with the roku. We ended up gathering in one bedroom to watch movies together. I tried to call for assistance, but sadly never got anyone to assist. Our stay was wonderful besides those 2 issues. Great condo and great location.

Beautiful and peaceful

Very charming and peaceful! All the conveniences of home and only .5 mile walking distance to Ripley's aquarium and down town Gatlinburg. I will definitely stay here again on our next vacation! Comfortable and cozy!!!

Convenient spot

Good place for walking to everything! It was a smaller place than expected but it had everything we needed and it was clean. A little mishap when getting there with the entry code and WiFi but there was quick communication! I would definitely consider staying again.

Great Location

This property exceeded our expectation! The property was so clean and located within walking distance to everything! We literally walked everywhere our first two days, restaurants and activities. We didnā€™t have any issues so we didnā€™t have to contact the property manager. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

Weekend Getaway

Quick weekend getaway with the family. Ages from 11 to 84. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of room. Very clean. Short few minutes walk to everything.
