Getting Around:
Paved roads lead to the cabin with a private parking space for one vehicle.
While most vehicles are fine in clear weather, we recommend 4x4 for added safety when visiting the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or rainy conditions.

ā€¢ Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

We had so much adventure wandering the mountainside & going to dolly wood.. we definitely suggest renting a jeep. It is so much fun.!!! will not be disappointed in this cabin, high quality, amazingly clean, and we just felt right at home ā€¦.

My wife and I just returned from a short trip to Gatlinburg. We stayed at Kirklandā€™s place unit 34. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Cozy cabin in a rustic, park-like setting with a secluded hot tub. We were only a mile from downtown Gatlinburg so we did not have a lot of car time. We will definitely return.

Very nice cabin close to downtown. Trip was with my wife and 6 m/o and we had a great time. The appliances were all nice and new. Cabin was clean, hot tub was clean and worked great, not much more you could ask for. Communication with the host was also good. We had no issues issues or complaints during our stay and would book this cabin again. Something of note; the parking situation is less than ideal if traveling with a truck. The drive way is cut back into the hill, in a fairly blind turn, and likely wouldnā€™t fit a crew cab truck with a long bed If not traveling with a truck, no issue at all. Again, not an issue, but something to keep in mind if you have vehicle choice

This home was exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and helpful, leaving us with no confusion or questions whatsoever. It's located within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg just off the Parkway, but still far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property for a couple's getaway!

Property was very cute and ideal for a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Cabin was clean and bathroom was sanitized before we came. Hot tub wasnā€™t properly cleaned and didnā€™t have a cover, we didnā€™t end up using it. We saw a bear about 10 feet from the front door at one point in our stay.

Cozy little house that was well maintained and clean. We drove to the park entrance each day between 8-9am, and had no issues getting a close parking spot for a daily hike. For 3 days in a row a Black Bear visited the house area, he was eating nuts that fell from the walnut tree so we had to watch out for him before coming and going. the Wifi was adequate for us as we worked remotely from the location some. I would definitely return again.

My wife and I enjoyed this place. She wanted to see a bear and it didnā€™t disappoint. Her dream was to see one soaking in the hot tub but alas that was not in the cards. Besides the bear peeping, we also enjoyed the location relative to Gatlinburg. Parking at the lot outside of town was a breeze so we could walk up and down the street. Hiking was awesome with great trails and short drives to them. We went to see the leaves and picked a good time in early October. My recommendation to the host is to add at least one more towel and wash cloth in the kitchen.

This property was perfect for our stay in Gatlinburg! If you are making plans to go to downtown Gatlinburg, this is the cabin you want because it is so secluded but also only a few minutes to get to all of the attractions. The cabin was so clean and everything was exactly as the pictures show!

I have three kids and when each turns 13, I take them for a weekend trip. This past weekend was my second childā€™s turn. This cottage was perfect. Close to the Main Street in Gatlinburg but felt like further. The best of both worlds! The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and the hosts were extremely responsive. Iā€™ll recommend this place to others and may end up back here again myself.

Very peaceful stay. We saw bears in the yard across the street our first day, including a mama and 2 cubs, which was amazing. The same yard had 3 barred owls before sunset. Lots of green, just the urban respite we needed, and very convenient to the Smokys, restaurants, and other conveniences.

Hot tub uncovered therefore dirty Outdoor furniture dirty. Nothing there for us to clean it with. No rug or mat when you come in the front door. We had pouring ran, we were soaked and nothing to wipe our feet on. Lack of towels. 4 towels for two people in 4 humid days is not sufficient. Most days we taking more than one shower. Towels didnā€™t dry before you needed them the next time. When we got caught in the rain nothing to dry off with. No curtain on bathroom window. Anyone can see in. No tissue. The layout of the cabin was very nice. Kitchen and bathroom were well maintained and clean.

I was really pleased with the location, and cleanliness of the cabin. Close to activities and restaurants. My only complaint is that there was no cover for the hot tub. It had grime stuck in the bottom of the seats, so my husband had to clean it before we could enjoy it. Other than that I was satisfied and would stay here again.

We felt at home away from home in this cute little cabin surrounded by beautiful trees. My mother's day weekend with my son was amazing. Bed is super comfortable and the jacuzzi was delicious. I will stay there again. We love it! Jazmin
