"The host was great. The condo was very clean, cozy and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location and great view of downtown Gatlinburg-5-6 minute walk to the downtown area. Nice patio area. Grocery store about 2.5-3 miles from condo. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We experienced a big Smoky Mt. snowfall. Approximately 12 inches in total. The driveway to the upper level parking lot is steep but we have 4 wheel drive so it wasn’t a problem for us. It’s an older building but the condo was updated nicely and provided everything we needed for a wonderful holiday stay for my birthday. "Our stay was goodoverall. The drive up the hill to the rental is neat, and the patio/view really is deep in nature with trees surrounding you. It is good to know that this unit is located on the bottom floor of a three unit rental property. So if there are people in the suite next to you, you don’t have much privacy, and you can hear guests above you walking, so it’s not super quiet.
