There is a community Washer and Dryer available for your use in the building and the condo also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for the area)

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the condo and on the balconies. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
