"A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up"

Appartement calme, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Georges et Charles pour leur accueil et merci pour nos amis qui ont pu rester un peu plus longtemps. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night."

The area is quiet and there is parking outside. The apartment is really spacious, there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The communication was fantastic too. All in all a great place to stay. "Excelente quarto, espaçoso e confortável! Ótima localização, perto do metrô, supermercado, restaurantes e lojas. A limpeza só é feita para estadia acima de 7 dias, mas em cada andar tem o lugar para depositar o lixo. Cozinha com itens essências e banheiro grande. Recomendo."

"Quarto é muito menor do que na foto. A escada é extremamente estreita e perigosa. Fato de não ter 24hrs de recepcionista causa insegurança. Esquecemos nossa comida na recepção, quando voltamos eles tinham comido e deixado em cima da bancada do computador deles, falamos e nem pediram desculpas. Chuveiro não da para abrir os braços pois é minúsculo. "
