Mind Blowing Sunrise Spot Over Bear Lake
This house was great for so many reasons. We used the house for our Rising Son Men's Retreat and felt like it was conducive for the 40 men that stayed. Plenty of space to move around, clean beds, and gathering spaces. I would highly recommend. The host was very good with communication and friendly!

Amazing place!
This house was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and very clean. Andrea was available and helpful throughout the entire stay as well. Our group loved it so much we're thinking about coming back next year!

Great central spot for large family reunion
48 of us gathered in this large Bear Lake cabin. Adequate bed space for all. We have held our Bear Lake reunion in this facility for many years and always find it clean and well maintained. The hosts are responsive and great to work with.

This property was the perfect place to hold our extended family reunion. There was plenty of room for everyone in our large group. The splash pad was a fun bonus! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect in every way, exactly what we all expected. third time staying at this home. First was 2020, one of the stoves didn't heat up well then and still does not get things cooked very quickly, but not a huge deal just nice to know if you are planning on cooking for a large crowd. otherwise a well stocked home and kitchen.

Beautiful home, Beautiful view
The property was very nice and was big enough that our family (21) was very comfortable. The main problem was the air conditioning. They had a note on the thermostat that you could not turn it lower than 72 degrees. When we arrived the temp. was 75 and increased thru the night. Apparently the unit had frozen over before we had arrived, we had to turn it off because there was no air coming out of the vents. Needless to say we had a hard time sleeping in the heat since there was no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms. We called the property manager the next morning, she was out of town and left her children in charge who was no help at all until they finally got ahold of their mother who could then turn the fan on with an app. that controlled the temp. The house started to cool down the next evening. Every morning the sun filled the house through the beautiful windows, warming the house faster than the air was cooling it and blinding anyone in the kitchen. We have a fun close family that loves being together, we can be a little loud at times. The house was large enough that we could spread out and so the noise was no problem. The kitchen had enough dishes and with the 2 dishwashers we never had to use paper plates. All in all we enjoyed our vacation and the house. I just feel that for the price of the house we should be able to set the air at a comfortable setting that every room can be comfortable.

Family Retreat Awesomeness
We had from 4 months to 88 years and they all fit easily. Plenty of room for all 39 of us. Plenty of parking for all our cars too. Beautiful view and great interior features make this place awesome for our family reunion. It’s also close to everything. We stayed for 4 days and never got bored. We went to the Minnetonka Cave. We rented a pontoon boat and jet skis. There were shakes, shopping, grocery stores and we even saw some deer. We had a couple of fly fishermen go out and loved the fishing. If you have a large family, this is the perfect place to go.

Great Reunion Home
We had such a great family reunion at this house! We had about 45 of us staying here, ages ranging from 10 months to 82. There was plenty of space! I thought maybe the group bathrooms would be an issue but they weren’t at all. The view was pretty spectacular. We had everything we needed to cook big group meals. Everything was clean. The kids loved the air hockey table and basketball game. If I had to give a critique I’d say that if you’re sleeping on the bottom floor you will definitely hear people walking above you, but a sound machine helped. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Bear Lake Winter
We loved the space in the house, the plentiful supplies such as towels/TP/tissues, dish towels, etc., the gathering spaces, and the cleanliness. The only thing that threw us off a bit was the communal bathroom situation--lots of private toilets and showers but combined into big bathrooms so there are multiple people in the bathroom at a time. It was fine but if you're looking for private, en suite bathrooms, this house doesn't have that. If you're looking for tons of space, a perfect location with beautiful views and a perfect place to gather with family or friends, this is it. Angela was fabulous at communication. Seamless check in, check out and communication.

Winter Wonderland!!
Our family Christmas reunion was perfect at this cabin! There were beds for all, which is pretty amazing due to the size of my family. The kids were all happy as well with enough rooms for all ages to feel catered to. It was spectacular!

Outstanding large family reunion site
We have rented this property three summers. It is roomy, clean, ample bathrooms and seating areas with wonderful views of the lake. The owners have been great to work with. We will be here again next year.

We loved our stay! The view of the Bear Lake was perfect. Seeing the moose, sand cranes and deer was a bonus. The little kids loved the splash pad. The home was roomy and beautifully decorated. We had 38 in our group. We had plenty of beds and seating.

Beautiful house with an incredible view
We just stayed here for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep with open spaces that made it seem even larger. The view of the lake is incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice! The kids had so much fun playing with the splash pad. It is a great space for all ages!

Incredible View and Spacious Home
We have stayed with our extended family in Bear Lake several times, and the view from this home would be hard to beat. We even saw deer and moose right near the property, which was fun. The bunk rooms accommodated lots of cousins, and the beds were about the best we’ve slept on in any VRBO. One thing to note: you do have to transport garbage about a mile down the road; not a huge inconvenience, but something to keep in mind nonetheless.

Nice property, great view
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Beautiful view, plenty of rooms for our large family group. The kitchen was smaller than I would have guessed, for the number of people that can stay there, but we made it work. The host was great to work with and very accommodating.

Amazing & beautiful home!
Our extended family gathered together for a Christmas reunion & had such an enjoyable stay! We had a party of 38 people & there was more than enough beds & bathrooms for our use. The home was so comfortable, clean, & spacious--it was perfect for our large gathering! The view was very breath-taking & we enjoyed watching the deer cross the property daily. So many wonderful memories were made at this home--we definitely recommend it to others & hope to return again soon!

The perfect play for a retreat
Are breast cancer Group, LiftingHearts, had a healing retreat for 29 women at this beautiful location last week. The home was warm and inviting, the women were amazed at how much room there was, and everything had the perfect layout for what we needed. We loved every minute at this beautiful property, and want to think the owners for their generosity in sharing their home.

So Great!!
We hosted our holistic women's retreat here. Andrea was fabulous and very quick to respond. She allowed us to tour the property prior to the retreat to we could get a better sense of the layout. The space was very well thought out and it worked well for our needs. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Our only suggestion would be to put a TV over the fireplace in the main living area. We wanted to do our main presentations upstairs where all the seating is, but we needed a TV for the PowerPoints. Instead we just went downstairs and moved some chairs down there, so no big deal. Thanks Andrea for a great space!!

This home is amazing! We had all the room we needed and more. Loved the views! The house keeping could differently be improved. Floors in Master Bedroom under the bed were dirty, and bathtub in Master Bedroom was dirty.Some of the blankets were dirty, we had to wash them to use them. The door handle to the garage fell off. But we loved the space we had,

Great Stay
We had a fantastic time. This was our second time and it didn’t disappoint. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. The house layout is very conducive for conversations and having fun. The porch is great and a highlight of the trip. Somebody can be found on the porch at all times over looking the lake. We had some issues this year prior to our reservation and the owner was so great to work with. They are great to work with.

Great place to make memories!
What an amazing property. It was larger than we had anticipated. We had 32 people with us and we did not feel crowded. There was always a place to get some quiet. Kitchen well stocked with necessities. Plenty of towels and linens. The nook made a great game spot for 8. Kids downstairs was a great call. They could play and go outside to the swinging chairs and splashpad. Large t.v. and plenty of seating downstairs. It really was a great place for a family reunion. We would consider going back in a couple years. Enjoy!

Perfect for large family reunion!
This property was excellent for a large family reunion. We had 8 families from all over the country come and stay and everyone had an amazing time. The house fit everyone without feeling cramped. Lots of parking for cars and toy haulers. There is public beach access just across the main street so playing in the lake was a breezes.

Great Location for a fun event
Going to Bear Lake is all about the lake right? Not at the beginning of April - way too cold. We were at the lodge most of the 3 days we rented it - and it was great for our very large youth group. The beds were great, the bathrooms are set up perfectly for a large group. The vew is amazing. Everything was great, communication with Andrea went off flawlessly. Definitely was an event we will remember for a long time!

Such an amazing home!!
This place was perfect for our large(57) group!!! Everybody had plenty of space as there are 3 living rooms. The kids loved the backyard and the splash pad. Super nice there were 4 tables so never a shortage of space to eat or play games. Thank you!!

Perfect Family Time
To anyone considering this property I can not express my support enough. Andrea was quick to respond and supported my requests. The area is quiet, peaceful when you want down time. The house is beautiful with a great view from mountains to lake. We held a surprise Birthday for my mother which was a family reunion. Exactly 52 when you count babies. The home accommodated All with room to spread out and enjoy everyone. Comfortable bedding and plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. The images are a correct representation of the home.
