BEDROOMS:
This gorgeous beach access retreat comfortably sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a twin sofa bed, the second also includes a queen bed and two twin beds, the third bedroom also has a double bed and two twin beds, the fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. Extra sheets are available in each closet for your convenience.

BATHROOMS:
The home has two full bathrooms & one half bathroom, each stocked with all the essentials for your stay. There is a 3rd shower located downstairs on the ground level with hot and cold water to make it easy to clean up after a day at the beach.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you’ll need to feel right at home. You’ll also find essentials like coffee, filters, salt, pepper, cooking spray, and sugar in the pantry.

The cozy living room features a comfortable couch, a chair, and a large HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room offers some of the most amazing sunrise views right from the couch.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Step outside to enjoy the oversized deck located on the main level, perfect for soaking in the stunning sunrise views. The master bedroom boasts its own deck for added privacy.

The area beneath the house is on a concrete slab, offering additional outdoor space for relaxation or activities. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

Guest have entire use of the house and yard. There is also a walkway next to the wetland that guests can access the beach. Please walk next to the wetland to avoid disturbing other homeowners along the walk to the beach.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee per stay.
