"The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. Notified the number but they just said to send pics that’s it. Once we got into bed, the bedding smelled absolutely terrible, we’re guessing it was...

"We had 3 couples and each room had a queen size bed or bigger to accommodate us. One of the rooms has a queen bed with a three tier bunk bed. Would be great if traveling with kids. Massage chair was awesome. Clean and spacious house. Would stay here again. "

"This was a great property just a few short minutes walk from The Strand. It is great if you have plans to enjoy your time in Galveston. It was loud on one side of the apartment, (the side with the bunk beds), but we were fine in the king room. Bring a fan to drown out the noise and it is a perfect space to enjoy. Great communication!!"

"The pros of this property were space, beds, and accessibility with the ramp. We had a family of 7 staying here and everyone had a real bed to sleep in. The inside and outside spaces were large and accommodating. Loved the fire pit area. The ramp leading up to the house really helped our guests with limited mobility. "An older house but large and roomy. Good place to stay for the weekend. Check-in process was super easy so little communication was needed with host. "

"Once we checked in, the owner was very helpful and friendly, offering up his suggestions for food on the island. We ended up going to Darlene’s Shrimp Shack for dinner, best shrimp around!"

"Although we only spent one night before our cruise, we loved it! If we were staying in Galveston I would choose it again for a longer stay! Loved being in the Historic area!! Definitely a good place to come back to!"
