Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)"

"We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!"

"Very clean. Nicely renovated, and close enough to walk to the subway. Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close)."

"Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us."

"Nous avons passé 6 nuits, en famille dans cet appartement. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Il est situé juste à côté de la gare pour aller à Manhattan. Très pratique pendant le semaine, le PATH est beaucoup moins fréquent le week-end. Le quartier est un peu moyen mais ça va quand même. Très contents du rapport qualité-prix étant donné les prix du logement aux Etats-Unis."

Cama confortável, cozinha equipada com o necessário para o preparo de refeições rápidas/básicas, cafeteira, café, leite e chá repostos à vontade. Funcionários cordiais. Janelas do quarto e banheiro permitem abertura. Enfim, apesar de ser antigo, pegada bem retrô, o hotel me surpreendeu pelo conforto e limpeza. Voltando a NYC, com certeza me hospedaria lá novamente. "Hotel modesto, mas que cumpre ao preço pago a que se propõe. Instalações limpas e banheiro comum reformado. Não tenho o que reclamar da limpeza. Funcionários do lobby não são rudes, como tinha visto em algumas reclamações sobre o hotel. Lógico que, com a grande circulação de hóspedes, eles são pontuais nas informações. Apenas dois funcionários foram bem ruins - mas infelizmente não lembro o nome (um senhor é uma mulher). Hotel de ótima localização. Me hospedaria lá novamente"
