This is the perfect spot to access everything the Gainesville area offers; it's near shopping, eating, natural springs, and down the road from UF. Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want all the amenities with a touch of luxury.



The Space:

The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!



This newly-renovated, concept-designed condo features two bright double King Master Bedrooms with en-suite baths, greenery views, and a half bath downstairs.



The main bedroom mattresses are KING-sized and feature luxurious, brand-new hotel-inspired bedding. Downstairs, there is also a sleeper sofa bed and a daybed pullout trundle. With 5 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.



In the condo, you'll find new flooring, soft boutique design, high ceilings, nature views, 100 Mbps WiFi, and 3 UHD LED Smart TVs where you can log in to stream your favorite movies and shows.



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.



This condo is conveniently located within walking distance from the Oaks Mall, Starbucks, local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated!



Parking is free in front of the building.



Guest Access:

Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath and gym.



The Neighborhood:

We're just down the road from UF! (3-mile drive!)



Also conveniently located just off of Interstate 75 and 1 min from Starbucks, 5 min from Publix and local health food store Earth Origins, and just 10 min from downtown Gainesville.



We also highly recommend a drive out to the natural springs (Blue or Ginnie, 30 min away).



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system

🔔 Guest App & Verification: After booking, you’ll be required to complete our Guest App before check-in. This includes required verification steps such as the rental agreement, ID verification, and applicable refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver. You’ll receive access to the app immediately after booking, where you’ll find your check-in/out details, early check-in/late check-out options, local guide, property information, and door codes once the required steps are completed. Completing the Guest App ensures your self-check-in is quick, easy, and seamless!

📩 Please note that we do not have access to the community's mailbox or mailbox keys. Any deliveries should be addressed directly to the unit and will need to be delivered to the doorstep. Guests should not send mail or packages to the mailbox during their stay.

🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

🏠 Guests must climb stairs to enter the unit and access the bedrooms; no wheelchair accessibility

Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
