"Very clean, well maintained apt. The bed was way too soft for me. Had to sleep on the couch which was a high end, luxurious soft leather couch. Info in notebook was very helpful. It's quite a walk to UF campus . Glad I had a car."

"The condo area was like you are in a public housing project. Very unsafe feeling. You could see daylight thru the door jamb and the toilet was full of mold. I have pictures for both. We had a problem with dishwasher & when someone came to check it the plug was shooting sparks & required an electrician. The out door area was very run down. Unfortunately the only pics they show are from inside. Lesson learned."

"There are pros and cons here... I'll try to be as fair as possible. PROS: Upkey management was responsive and cooperative and easy to communicate with. The apt hold 4 comfortably. It had shampoo and soap and some other supplies that were greatly appreciated. If you like TVs, they are abundant. There is a pool. It is close to the University and downtown. CONS: The floor needs a really good scrubbing. Even after a second mopping from the cleaning person, our feet still got brown. The welcome mat...
