"My husband and I were looking for a place to stay near UF for my orientation weekend. I stumbled upon this “jungle house” and the mini golf is what immediately caught my eye! Marlon made the check-in and check out process seamless, providing all the steps and information needed to enjoy our stay! The house is adorably decorated, was dog friendly for our black lab, and the mini golf in the backyard was awesome and such a cool setup! Thanks again for hosting us, we will definitely be back!"

"Great location! Walking distance to campus/football stadium. The house has plenty of space with 4 bedrooms. Patrick is a great host!!"

"I recently stayed at this VRBO and had a great experience. The house was exactly as shown in the photos—exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The location was convenient for accessing UF campus and town, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this property for its cleanliness and amenities."

"We stayed for my brothers graduation. We enjoyed being outside of Gainesville but being close enough to be convenient. Great space, comfortable beds, and lots of parking. We had a really lovely stay! Would recommend for families of UF students for sure. "

"Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. "

"The listing was exactly as depicted. Host was communicative. Furnishings were comfortable. The only constructive criticism I would like to offer is that (1) we were 3 adult women, and only provided 3 towels and washcloths for 3 nights. We had to wash the towels to be able to continue using them. (2) there were only 3 total garbage bags for the small trash can in the kitchen. We cooked each day and filled them up daily. We had to buy more. (3) there was a dish sponge and dawn dishwashing...

"Spacious 3 bedroom, very clean with a screen porch and pool. Nice neighborhood and convenient drive to many stores and restaurants. Hiking trails and state park close by for outdoor fun. Only suggestions, new skimmer for pool, better closure for screen door, tissues. "

"This is our second stay at this house and it does not disappoint! Batteries went out in key code so we were locked out. We messages the owner and she was very quick to respond with an alternate entry into the home. She quickly Door-dashed us some batteries. Very clean"

"The townhouse is clean, the kitchen is great, the living room is relaxing, the beds are comfortable, the location is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet, and the host is exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Hotel Adorável Quarto grande, limpo, bem agradável e tinha duas camas bem confortáveis. Nosso quarto ficava de frente então tinha uma bela vista da cidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção e ganhamos um vale para bebida de álcool e pequeno jantar. O café também foi bem satisfatório. Ah, tem de tudo bem pertinho, muitas opções de comércio e comida. Recomendo!"

"Excellent location, easy access and safe parking. Clean and comfortable bed and accessories, quiet heater, clean and safe bathroom with essential safety railings for the elderly, recently renovated room, breakfast with healthy foods with natural oatmeal, natural orange and egg-based animal protein. The lady who organizes the breakfast (Ms. Emmy) is fantastic, hard-working, always smiling and attentive to everyone and at check-in, Ms. Madison, I must highlight the fast, efficient and attentive service to everyone who arrived and it really is a choice for the return to Gainsville,-FL. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL! "

"The building is beautiful but overall the hotel needs urgently a huge renovation . Room very dated, carpets looking dirty and not smelling good. Breakfast average. Bed sheets and bath towels not good quality. For the price you can find a better hotel in the area. Not coming back again. "

"Fiquei nesse hotel de passagem para uma viagem longa de Miami até Boston, foi apenas uma noite, achei um absurdo cobrarem um valor de caução de $100 por apenas uma noite. O funcionário da recepção não foi muito educado. O quarto era pequeno, mas para apenas uma noite de passagem foi OK, o chuveiro era bom, e a cama confortável. O estacionamento é grátis, e me pareceu ser um local seguro. O café da manhã é simples, com waffles, fruta, cereais e suco, mas suficiente. "

"Passamos somente uma noite e foi bem desagradavel pois o quarto que nos instalaram não funcionava o ar condicionado e nem as lampadas. Nos trocaram de quarto e durante a noite havia um som irritante dentro do quarto, parecia um apito, não conseguimos dormir. Desconfiamos que fosse o sensor de fumaça que fazia esse barulho. Café da manhã fraco. Lamentavel minha experiencia nesse hotel."
