"Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. "Good overnight stay before early morning ferry. Minutes from ferryport so very handy."

"It was heavenly. Perfectly located in the centre of town and close to everything. The room possessed the charm of the old building but with modern luxuries. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast set you up for the day. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else the next time I visit."

"No roof lights (had to use phone light in bathroom and passageway). Bathroom not flushing properly. Window latch broken ( window cannot close properly)."
