"The room [room 10, double en suite] was nothing like the pictures. First you had to lean on the door to get in cos it's too big for the frame. Then once you are in it smelled like a teenage boys room, sweat and lynx. The carpet was badly worn and peeling off the floor, the cheap divan base was broken so the mattress was either springy or wavy, didn't dare actually look at the mattress... Cobwebs around the window show how long since that was cleaned and general bits of wallpaper coming off the...

"Missed breakfast which was always my highlight of my stays here previously. But this was my third time staying. I love the location; I can drink my coffee in my bay window and listen to the waves from Bae Ceredigion. It’s super close to the castle and just a short walk to the pier and town."

"It was heavenly. Perfectly located in the centre of town and close to everything. The room possessed the charm of the old building but with modern luxuries. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast set you up for the day. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else the next time I visit."

"The person on the front desk (Andrew?) was incredibly nice and helpful. Inn is older but was in great shape, excellent views. Sitting room was nice to enjoy. Bathroom was small but totally serviceable. Room was cool with the window open and nice to hear the ocean. I'd go there again any time!"

"Spent a lovely couple of days there last week. Welcoming host, spotless accommodation, excellent well cooked breakfast. Plenty of on street parking if you can get it as it is very busy but fortunately we were able to get 1 of the 2 off-road spots at the rear coincidentally just outside our bedroom window. Well situated near the sea front and pier which were about 5 minutes walk and only round the corner from the tram for the Great Orme which is well worth the ride to the top with wonderful...

"Staying at Roch Castle was a truly unique experience and well recommended. Location to the peninsula was great and the charm of staying in a 12th century renovated castle was great experience. It has been renovated to the highest quality and has lovely sitting rooms to relax in."
