"The resort property is run down and needs some major attention. The inside of our condo was nice and the view was great. The beach would have been ok had it not been for high winds and sargasm. We never could figure out how to get to the top pool. The resort isn’t easy to navigate."

"Pros: Chris was a wonderful host she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She was very prompt to respond and accommodate our request for additional beach towels. Also offered to arrange activities for us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The Sun & Sea Bar & Grill was nice and the Staff were very friendly and fun. Lion Fish Grill was also very nice on the higher end. Food and drinks were good at both places. Maintenance allowed us to use their shop vac to get the sand out of...

"The condo was easy to find and check into. It’s noteworthy that it’s on ground level, so someone with mobility issues doesn’t have to carry luggage up or down stairs.
The place was very well equipped with a great bed, lots of towels, folding chairs for the beach and snorkeling equipment.
I would definitely recommend getting a rental car though. Parking was right in front of the condo, so very convenient. The only thing that was an issue for me were the 3 swimming pools, because you had to climb...

"The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. "
