"We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. "We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in point pleasant! The location was perfect- 5 minutes to groceries and several beach options, plus walking distance to resort amenities like great restaurants when we got sick of driving. The villa itself has amazing views, comfortable bed, and is furnished with everything we needed. Really appreciated the access to beach chairs and a cooler to borrow as well! "

"Awesome views!! I took a girl trip with 3 of my girlfriends and this was the perfect place! Beds were very comfortable. The on site restaurant was good. Everyone is very friendly! And the owner has been wonderful to work with throughout our stay and very responsive. Highly recommend! One tip I can give is to either rent a car or bring cash to pay for cabs and for tipping. You have to drive everywhere, and cabs charge per person. We found 1 cab driver that picked us up and took us everywhere....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. "Property was clean and lovely! Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. This is our third time at Point Pleasant but first time staying in a lower unit. View from this room is absolutely amazing! AC kept the whole room cool. Only tip I could have for the owner would be that the drapes don’t fully cover the door near the bed, so just for privacy that would be good ;-). I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay."

"The condo was really nice. A couple of thoughts….. you shouldn’t say that Coki beach is walkable. If you have kids, chairs and a cooler, it’s too far to walk. Also, it should be mentioned that you need to walk through the second bedroom to get to the third. We were fine but it might not be convenient for couples that don’t know each other all that well. "

"Minha experiência de check-in neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante e muito aquém do padrão esperado de um Ritz-Carlton. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 10h30 da manhã e, desde o início, o atendimento foi desorganizado e pouco acolhedor. Não havia ninguém para auxiliar com as malas, e a comunicação da equipe foi falha durante todo o processo. Apesar de termos uma reserva regular de uma diária , ficamos sem acesso ao quarto até aproximadamente 19h, sem explicações claras ou qualquer tentativa efetiva de compensação pelo transtorno. Ao sermos informados de que o quarto finalmente estava pronto, a situação se tornou ainda mais constrangedora: ao entrar, o quarto já estava ocupado por outra família. Foi um momento extremamente desconfortável e inaceitável para um hotel desse nível. A única pessoa verdadeiramente prestativa durante todo o dia foi o bellman, que demonstrou profissionalismo e empatia — um contraste com o restante da experiência. Viajo com frequência e já me hospedei em diversos hotéis cinco estrelas ao redor do mundo, mas nunca vivi algo tão negativo. Esperava excelência, organização e hospitalidade, e infelizmente encontrei o oposto. Uma experiência frustrante e que comprometeu totalmente nossa chegada após um cruzeiro."
