Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the top two floors and the basement. Please note that while a caretaker resides on the second floor, they do not interfere with your stay. If maintenance is required we will give you a twenty four to forty eight hour notice.
The owner has discretion to use the second floor at any time. You are renting the first floor. In those instances they will not access the first Floor to disturb any guest. The entry way will have to be used to access the second floor. We take the privacy of our guest very seriously. We go out of our way to respect and treat everyone with kindness and courtesy. Unfortunately this policy had to be enacted because not every Guest has similar standards. We encourage you to read our reviews.
