"My reservation had been canceled so I had to rebook on the spot, loosing my discount. The door to my room would not lock from the outside when I would leave. The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke.
