The place was perfect for my family. Had everything we needed especially for our infant. Carly provided a crib and a high chair. The checkout process wasn't overbearing either which made it even better.

Very nice cottage, appeared to be new construction. Had a great back porch overlooking a golf course and there were lots of extra supplies for guests. Everything was very clean. Loved the coffee pods and creamers! Only negatives were the driveway coming in was overgrown and narrow. Couch in den was new but very uncomfortable.

Lovely unit with an awesome back porch with view of golf course. Unit appears to be brand new construction with new everything. Lots of extra supplies, Kleenexes, and best part was coffee pods and creamers! Everything was clean! Only negatives were road to enter property is narrow and very overgrown and sofa in den is very hard and uncomfortable. For the price and how nice everything else is I’d recommend trimming the roadway and purchasing a new sofa that is of better quality.

Golf course cottage hideaway!

The house was just perfect for us! It was ultra clean, beautiful and juts precious. It was tucked away in a darling neighborhood on a hole of the Franklin golf course. There are neighboring cottages but you have your own lovely space to breath and abide in. Great amenities like You Tube TV, coffee and creamer and beautiful new appliances. There is a cute back patio with table and chairs, a BBQ grill and you walk down your patio steps to a gorgeous fire pit. The property manager was amazing if you need her too! Easy to get in and out of and there isn’t anything more you could want or need. Every detail was thought of and it was so nice! Thank you so much. Oh and the beds were sooo comfortable. 5 stars for this stay in every way.

A jewel in the woods

This cozy cabin was so clean and fresh. So many thoughtful touches, including a basket filled with “in case you forgot” travel items. Well done, property owners. This is a 5 star VRBO.

Little piece of paradise

We loved this house! It was light, airy, modern but located away from bustle of Franklin. We loved the back deck overlooking the fareway and sat out in the evening. There were such nice touches and well stocked. Easy check in and prompt communication with owner. There was a great hiking trail within 3 miles, Bartram trail.Highly recommend and hope to come back some day!

Family Visit

We rented the property for a family member who came to visit. It was perfect and very well furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed just sitting out on the porch watching the golfers. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Franklin.

Beautiful place

We loved this place, from being able to relax or sit by the fire and make smores. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away to the mountains and enjoy a good relaxing time.

Very Memorial Time

If it were possible to Leave a 10 Star Rating this would be it. We had an awesome stay. This lovely Cottage had everything we need and more. So glad we didn't stay in the Highlands. Our stay was perfect in every way. The Owners went out of their way to add little details like a Manual that had information about local restaurants, shopping and more...Even discounts to local attractions. If you are planning a trip to The Highlands...Stay here and make the 18mile drive. You will not regret it. This rental is a 5 minute drive to Grocery stores so you can stock up and use the Grille as well as all the out amenities provided. We only live 2.5 hours away and this will be on our weekend getaway list for years to come. If you are a golfer you will love it!!

Great little cottage

We really enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful newly done cottage!! Very nicely done and clean. Right on a golf course. Great place to stay!! We will visit again if my daughter ends up at WCU!!
