"What you see, is what you get. Property was beautiful, there were no surprises. Looked exactly like photos. Good instructions on how to use the included equipment(hot tub, fireplace, etc). The high point though? We're still talking about the bed. The bed was so comfortable we almost took it apart to find out what it was 😂. "

"We went down with family to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Great location. Beautiful lakeside property. Lots of room and seating. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We had a fantastic time and the kids loved the big yard to play in. It is a basement location so was a bit damp in the summer, which is expected with a basement but they had a dehumidifier running in one of the rooms. "

"Had a lovely stay with our family. Cottage has everything you could need - all details taken care of. Very responsive host as well. The area is beautiful and it was centrally located for many day trips to other parts of the island. Hope to come back soon!"

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Kleine moderne saubere 1 Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage, Kűhlschrank, Mikrowelle- über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen- völlig ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber."

"Not only was the property exactly what we were looking for but Jason was a great host!The cottage is located in a perfect spot, peaceful retreat but close to everything we wanted to see in the area. Going to miss the stunning views!Jason was always quick to respond to any question we had and made suggestions on where to go in the area. We would recommend this cortage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to Halifax!"

"Amazing place to stay in Nova Scotia! We spent our 24th wedding anniversary at Karl and Holly's little piece of heaven! We had a very memorable family vacation in Nova Scotia, we almost didnt want to leave the house! Every little detail was thought of, all things you need in a vacation home plus more! "This property is spectacular. The host is amazing. The house is very functional, very clean, and well kept. All the cool technology inside works amazing we couldn’t ask for a better stay while celebrating our son’s wedding. As parents of the groom, we were able to host two dinners in this house and were in need of nothing. We highly recommend this property. "

"Beautiful property, great location, especially when heading out for day trips to other towns and beaches.My two grandchildren, ages 5 and 7 had the best experience fishing for the first time (tip-use worms as bait), we were catching fish every 10 seconds but we put them back in the water.Kim was very helpful with any questions we had, wonderful hostess.I would definitely stay here again!"

"We absolutely LOVED our stay! The location is so peaceful, the aesthetic is gorgeous, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub was an amazing surprise addition! The only improvement I could suggest would be to add darker curtains to the skylight above the bed. We ended up waking up at 6:30 both mornings because it was so bright. Some people may be into that though! Thank you so much for the fabulous weekend! "

"We booked this property to attend a family wedding at another nearby rental property. The location was perfect and we had plenty of room for our group. The front bedroom wasn’t ideal with such a big group and having people waking and going to sleep at various times and the bunk area is very tight but everything else was amazing. We made great use of the sauna and hot tub as well. Thanks so much for the use of your wonderful space."

"This little lake house was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. It was tiny but had all the comforts of home and was immaculately clean. There is no cell reception but access to wifi allowed us to do a bit of work when required. It is at a quiet part of the lake and with access to our own dock, we took advantage of relaxing by the water and fishing from the dock. We appreciated access to a kayak to explore as well as a bbq. There is a grocery store close by and is only half an...
