Located near Lake Echo, surrounded by the serenity of nature yet close to all local amenities, this place is perfect for relaxation and explore the surrounding beaty and tourism POI mostly can be found within 10-20 min drive.

Lake Echo beach and famous Orneda Canoe club is just in walking distance. Within 15-20 drive you can visit the famous Lawrencetown beach and Provincial park. Within 30-40 minutes of drive, you can explore some of the beautiful beaches and scenic shoreline.
The space
- Open concept Studio, ideal for two adults. Lots of sunlight through sunroof.
- Maximum total guest of four; $20 will be charged for each additional guest over two.
- Netflix, Amazon Prime in 4k, in case the weather does not support outdoor exploring.
- One Queen size bed; The Sofa bed can be used for one person by itself or can be converted into queen size bed to accommodate two people.
- Air conditioned.
- Wifi connectivity.
- Small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
- The property is very private and secured with all the security features.
- It’s a large property shared by other residents.
- We'll provide coffee and some snacks as a compliment.
Guest access
- There is stairway on the left side of the building leading towards the suite on the second level.
- Self check-in option with access code. Code will be provided prior arrival.
- Designated parking space marked with Happy Moose sign. Parking available for one car. If you need additional space, please contact ahead of time.
Other things to note
- NO SMOKING, DRUGS, VAPING, e-Cigarette in or on the property.
- NO Pets.
- No Loud Music or Sound using the TV or any external device.
- No Littering on or outside of the property.
- Quite time is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Please respect the property guideline as it is our family home, and we live in the attached main building.
- The property does NOT have Accessible facility.
- Additional cleaning fee may apply if the property is left with a condition where additional cleaning is required.
