Cute House

There were a lot of good things about the property, but I wouldnā€™t book it again. Loved being able to park in the garage, but you have to walk in the street or the mud to get to the front door, so that was inconvenient coming & going. The couch was kinda smelly & I donā€™t like that we paid a Vrbo fee when itā€™s through another company & n couldnā€™t even use the app to communicate with someone familiar with the property. Overall it was fine for our stay.

River Oaks

We had several problems with the internet going out. We contacted the property owners and they sent someone right away to fix the problem, but it kept going out. We needed a blanket and towels. They were ordered for us and received the next day. The outside of the property is a little run down. The yard could use a good raking and sprucing up. Great location as it was easy to get to places. I would recommend.

Easy access to all the thing we were doing while staying in Fort Worth. Home was very clean and plenty of space. Really nice with the garage parking. Will book again.

Fort Worth Stock Show Stay

The ability to cook meals, do laundry, and park a trailer, all within 10-15 minutes of Will Rogers, made this a great place to stay while showing at the Fort Worth Stock Show. Neighborhood and home were older but didn't feel unsafe and the house was clean.

The home was sweet and so very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Perfect 2 bed and 2 bath with washer and dryer. Nice appliances and decor. Will definitely stay again!!Thank you to the hosts who are very responsive.

Nice break from Army duty'

Very nicely set up house. Perfect for our stay. House had everything we needed. Comfy beds-nice bathrooms. Great kitchen!! Only negative-we couldn't really enjoy the adorable patio due to mosquitos, which was a bummer.

House had everything we needed. Was even able to stay a little late past checkout which was super helpful. Plenty of food options and stores within a 10 minute drive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic get-a-way

We absolutely loved this little place. It was immaculate and comfortable. Although we stayed on the go with activities, we loved coming back in the evening to this home. Only one suggestion, but not a deal breaker by any means, we would have loved a small BBQ pit to grill out under the patioā€¦may be something to consider for the property. Otherwise this is a perfect getaway for a small family or 2 couples.

Christmas 2023

This is a great small house with ample space and comfort. Has a fairly well equipped kitchen that is easy to cook in. Some long handled cooking tools, like a slotted spoon and pancake turner would be great additions to the kitchen equipment. We are not very technical and could not get the TV off of the channel it was on. Instructions for the TV would be useful. It was great to have access to the washer and dryer. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
