Waterscape is one of the newest and most luxurious direct beachfront resorts in Fort Walton Beach/Destin area with great amenities including 3 amazing swimming pools, a relaxing LAY-Z™ River, numerous gas grills, a seasonal poolside Tiki Bar, a state of art fitness center and 490 feet of private pristine beach with sugar-white sand and clear emerald green water.

This spacious unit is located on the 4th floor of the A-building featured with covered parking and indoor room access. This unit is very quiet because it does not face the courtyard and is not exposed to the crowd noises from the pools. It also offers a private large balcony with partial beach/ocean views as well as the bay view. You can even have the ocean view in the distance from the master bedroom.

This unit has two luxury master suites that each has a king bed, a private bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower and a garden tub; 2 twin beds in the private bunk room with door-it is actually the 3rd bedroom; a queen pull-out sofa sleeper in living room, a portable Graco® crib for baby. It also has a powder room next to the bunk room and tile floors throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, complete kitchenware and washer/dryer.

The unit offers complimentary wireless high-speed internet in the unit as well as common areas, 5 TVs including 2 TVs for the two bunk beds, two brand-new 4k LG UHD TVs, and two DVD players. It is fully stocked with linens and towels. Bring only your beach towels.

Waterscape offers great amenities, it has a dramatic split-level courtyard with more than 10,000 sq. ft. of pools overall and many water features.
