The unit appeared generally clean at first, but we ran into several issues. There was a slight musty odor, especially around the bunk bed area, which raised concerns about air quality. While most areas looked fine, the shower and master bathtub had visible buildup and staining.We also experienced functional and supply issues. The hot water ran out after just one normal shower, and the toilet paper provided was very limited—the roll in use was partially used with only one extra roll under each sink. This left about one full roll for three people over a seven-day stay, and we ran out before the end. Luckily, we had a car to buy more, but this should have been adequately stocked.The biggest concern was how we felt. After less than 24 hours, multiple family members became unwell, and I continued to feel sick enough that we had to leave the unit at times just to get fresh air. This did not seem like typical allergies. A Teladoc doctor suggested using an air purifier or leaving and offered an allergy prescription for what could potentially be a mold or mildew-related issue.On a positive note, the pool and lazy river were great, but the waterfall was not running during our stay, and we were not aware of that.Overall, while it looks clean at a glance, there are underlying issues that should be addressed for future guests.
