The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.



Other features in this vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen that consists of a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop stove and oven, and all of the cooking utensils you will need to cook and serve a meal. There are four TVs, one DVD player, and three VCRs.



Things to Know

Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Beautiful beach view with chair set up and friendly staff. It is a large condo with tons of space and beautiful upgrades. My only recommendation would be for you all to add more furniture to the balcony to accommodate larger parties And to have some baskets of blankets to curl up on the couch or use for extra warmth at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Restful Anniversary Stay

Beautiful location, wonderful condo decor, and near great restaurants and bars … Oh yes, and right on the beach! Just what the doctor ordered for us to enjoy our 48th Anniversary.

Overall good but still lacking

We have stayed at this property for 12+ years but never this particular unit. We would not stay in this unit again. First issue was that when we originally booked there was chair service included like in many other units. When we arrived we were told this was no longer true. We contacted the property manager to inquire and were told we needed to produce photos of the property description of when we booked. Lesson learned we will do that from now on. The chair service ended up costing us an additional $200 out of pocket. The chair service owner was fantastic and worked with us to enjoy our stay despite issues with Vacasa. The room was mostly clean. However the area rugs were stained horribly. You could tell they once were light colored but now are almost dark gray with dirt and stains. Overall it was a nice room and mostly clean but due to our issues we will likely not book with Vacasa again nor stay in this unit. We will continue to stay at the property with other units and property booking managers.

The Good and The Bad

The good: The location is perfect and view is amazing. Beds are comfortable and unit was immaculate. The shower pressure is great! We loved that there were games in the drawer to play and that the WiFi worked. Love that there was a washer and dryer also with a laundry pod to use. The Bad: There is no early check in allowed. We asked and were told no. We sat in front of the room for 2 hours waiting. There was NO reason we couldn’t be allowed in early. The property management has bad communication. They were very rude and snippy. We were told we would only be provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to buy any other toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. There is a sign at the beach that basically says Gulf Dunes guests feel free to use the chairs. We did and then were approached by the chair/umbrella police. They said the owners only pay for 2 chairs. They wanted $30 per person cash for the chairs and umbrellas. No thanks. Sign is mis-leading When we went to check out we were asked to do the dishes, take out the trash and to strip all the beds. I have never stayed anywhere where we have been asked to do all the housekeeping. We would gave left it clean, but shouldn’t be expected to when you pay a cleaning fee.

Great location and beautiful beach views

Perfect setup for our family of 6! Right on the beach, easy access to boardwalk to get on the beach. AJ’s is walking distance and just a few miles away tons of more restaurants to choose from. Definitely would recommend!

Over all good

Overall the stay was good. I would say there wasn’t even a spatula so could use some checking and adding of kitchen supplies. Paint chipping all over could be taken care of. We like the location and that’s why we come! Emails and calls were good with detailed information!

Wonderful condo

I want to tell you all the wonderful things about this property! First the location is one of the best, Okaloosa Island is so beautiful, white sand gorgeous sunsets and lots of delicious restaurants to chose from. The view of the Gulf from this particular condo balcony is one of the best I have ever seen! Lots of parking, very short, easy access to pool and beach. Nice stocked kitchen we cooked lunch everyday. Plenty of towels. The only thing I can complain about is the master bed is terribly uncomfortable, so much that I don’t think I could stay again if not changed. I dreaded going to bed each night. It got very cool at night when we were there and the bed linens were like having three sheets. If the owners would upgrade the mattresses, invest in quality linens and consider adding smart TVs with streaming access this would literally be the best condo you could ever stay in especially for the price!! If bed comfort is not a priority for you then you will enjoy this condo it still is one of the best we have stayed in!

Great time

The condo was clean and the location was great. The tub in the master bathroom was tall which made it a little difficult to get in/out of. A hand rail would be helpful. We needed a cookie sheet and couldn’t find one in the condo. I called and within ten minutes someone brought us a new one. We would definitely stay here again!

A few things need fixed, but overall a great condo

The dishwasher was broken, maintenance apparently came to fix it (we didn’t see them) and. I thing was fixed. The dryer needs to be replaced or fixed, it barely heats up so drying beach stuff was very slow. I also think that when spending this much money on a condo a few more trash bags, toilet paper rolls, hand soap, bathing towels should be included. The front door also needs repair, it barely closes it’s so warped. However, overall, it is a great condo with an OBVIOUSLY amazing location! Weiils stay here again, if upgrades were made.

The overall footage and view was good. The front door needs repair, the master (to hard) and full size(sink holes) mattresses needs to be replace......the refrigerator freezer would not stay close, it will open when the frig side opens/closes....we lost our ice cream. We have had better stays, this unit need some updates, very dated.

Staycation

My friends and I had an amazing staycation. This unit was absolutely perfect and well kept. Let’s not forget about the view of the beach, so beautiful. I highly recommend. The only thing I recommend is putting which building the unit is in East or West. It was a little frustrating because everyone initially went to the wrong building. But that’s minor, we ended up having a great time.

Nice Condo/Good deal for the Price

The condo is exactly as described and as pictured. We were pleasantly surprised at how much room we had. The space easily accommodated our party of 4 adults and 3 teens. The balcony was large and comfortable with a high top bistro table with 2 chairs and 2 plastic Adirondack chairs. The kitchen table had 4 chairs and a bench, so our group of 7 fit easily at the table. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. There was a regular coffee pot (basket filters) and a Keurig. Dishes were basic, and met the needs adequately. The condo was stocked with a roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap and 1 packet of dishwasher soap. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. When we arrived, the internet and tv were not working. We called, and within 20 minutes the maintenance team arrived and had us up and running. The pool is small, however was not crowded. The boardwalk to the beach was nice. The included chairs and umbrella was a nice plus. The are put out each morning at 8 am and are first come, first serve. They are brought in at 6 pm. Cons: the condo could have been cleaner. The floors were still sandy and our feet were black witching a few minutes of walking barefoot. It needs a thorough deep cleaning. There was some sand and dirt in the corners. We had to plunge the kitchen sink right after we arrived. We got a lot of plastic and garbage that previous guests had put down the drain. THE BIG CON: the beds in this condo were very uncomfortable. For this reason, I would not stay here again. You could tell the mattresses were inexpensive, and you could hear the springs squeak and bouncy with any movement. They are what you would find in an inexpensive hotel.

Great location!

Great location, very close to Publix, restaurants, etc. Condo had a top notch view! We love waking up to coffee on the balcony. The upset was how poorly stocked the kitchen was. Had to buy my own measuring cups, stock pot (which I took with me, sorry). Usually there are coffee filters, salt and pepper...be sure to bring your own.i don’t think the closet with the bunk beds and a night stand should be included as a true bedroom. I truly thought it was 3 bedrooms and a bunk room, my bad. Overall it was good.

4 STARS.**** Great family vacation. Can’t wait to vacation here again

We enjoyed out stay very much. But towards the end of our stay the bathtub faucet started dripping and would not turn off completely and the volume on the living room tv quit working. We did have poor internet service on the beach but ok in the condo The condo was beginning to show some use and needed fresh paint but overall we loved our stay. We loved how close we were to the beach! So convenient to go back to the pool or condo if needed. We would recommend staying at this location
