Emerald Towers West 4004 - The Sunset Escape!
FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! This is a terrific 1BR/1BA unit right on the beach that can accommodate up to six guests! Perfect for a couple or small family. It is filled with tropical elegance and has such an amazing living room view of the Gulf that you won't want to spend much time inside but out on your balcony. What more could you ask for?!

This beautiful fourth-floor one-bedroom gulf-front will help start your vacation out just right with views of the sandy white beaches and the emerald green gulf waters from the living room and your private balcony. The cheerful beach-inspired décor can easily accommodate six (6) with a king bed in the master bedroom and twin bunks in the hallway as well as the queen sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals and there is a stack washer/dryer.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Water pressure in the shower could be better and I wish the pool was on the beach side of the property. Other than that we 100% enjoyed our stay at Emerald Towers West!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has great beachfront view. The property is well maintained and clean when we stayed. Overall it was a great stay and everything was as advertised. Couple of things that management can improve on: 1. For late check in, the current rule of asking us to come back to office next day prior to noon is not very flexible. Please be more flexible on this considering long distance travel involved in the prior day. 2. Please enforce no smoking rule. Our unit had some smoking odor left from previous occupants smoking in the patio area. The occupants above our unit were also smoking in the patio area during our stay and affecting us when we were relaxing in our patio.

It was clean, gulf-front, and just a short walk across the boardwalk to access the beach. The pool had lots of debris, but it was rather windy, so I assume the debris was blown in. The sidewalks and walkways to the rooms were being resurfaced, which the management company failed to disclose. However, it caused minimal interruption. The contractors apologized for the inconvenience.
