This unit was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils needed and then some. The extra blankets were nice to have on the chilly days. We felt right at home.

Everything was great. The check in process was seamless and early so that was really nice. The condo was very clean and everything was very well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo or facility to stay in and we were very happy with everything from start to finish and the easy and timely communication was the best as we’ve had after traveling for the last 15 years. Would highly recommend this place.

Great place To Stay

We had a great time at the condo. Listening to the waves and people watching from the balcony was super fun! We had an age range of 21 - 75 and all enjoyed the space! Super clean with everything we needed!

Annual Trip

My wife and I, my brother and sister-in-law and my 92 year old parents have been staying at Blu for the past 5 years. 5 years ago was the first time the 6 of us had been anywhere without kids and/or grandkids. Hope to make it back next year. Excellent property.

Amazing trip!

We stayed with 6 adults 4 children and were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular! We had some minor issues during our week long trip that were immediately addressed. We loved the short walk to the beach to our chairs. The two pools were also very nice and not crowded at all at any time. We will definitely stay at Blu Resort again!!

Perfect Vacation

Blu 603 was a very beautiful and very roomy condo. The pools are perfect and very quick access to the beach. Only had a couple of very small issues while there that is expected and they were dealt with very swiftly. The only complaint I had about the property is you could not have alcohol in the pool area. It’s a vacation who doesn’t want to have a drink by the pool. But it is a very family oriented place so I understand. Oh and it is a smoke free property which I love!!!

Perfect Spring Break location!

This condo is amazing! It is even better than described in the listing and very clean. There was a ton of space for two families with teens to spread out but also a great set up for everyone to hang out. The view is beautiful and access to the pool and beach was great. The home is very well-equipped, and the balcony is so roomy and perfect for reading a book, enjoying morning coffee, or just taking in the Gulf. The location is good with a few very close restaurants and shops nearby. If you want more options, Destin is a short drive away. We definitely recommend staying here!

FABULOUS FAMILY FUN

I cannot say enough positive things about Blu 603!! From booking to checkout… seamless!! The condo was clean, incredibly comfortable, beautiful, well appointed kitchen, fabulous bedding….. everything about this condo was top notch!!! We will definitely look at reserving this same condo for future family vacations!!

Okaloosa Island condo is a dream

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and exactly as described & pictured on the website. We loved having access to the beach chairs, especially since the weather was perfect for beach lounging. Even in inclement weather, the balcony is large with lots of furniture to sit and watch the ocean and the dolphins swimming by. If you plan on cooking, you'll want to bring any spices, oil & condiments with you as there was only salt & pepper. There were plenty of dishes, pans & silverware though. It was a fabulous trip for us with immediate talk of coming back next year!!

Beautiful Condo in Great Location

We had seven people spending the night and there is plenty of room in this condo. The kitchen is well stocked with about any kind of plate cup pan utensil you will need the condo is amazing and it was very clean. The whole property is well taken care of. we would stay here again for sure the location is close to everything but yet away from all the noise and the commotion. From check in to check out everything was amazing. Perfect. We had no issues at all.

AWESOME CONDO AND PROPERTY!

This is a great property and a great location. There are not enough words to describe how awesome this unit is! It's huge and beautifully decorated! We had 6 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 3 bathrooms are large and gorgeous. The kitchen is well appointed -- there was everything that we needed including a large pantry and lots of cabinets. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and the manager made arrival so easy. The deck is also very nicely furnished with a table and chairs and also some comfortable furniture. The pools are a great size, but were very warm since it was a very hot July. The boardwalk was well maintained and the beach and the water were absolutely gorgeous. Underground reserved parking was definitely nice, and the owner included 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach, which we used every day. We have stayed in many condos on the gulf, and this was by far the best! We hope to return again next year!

Adequate stay!

We have stayed before on the BLU Property and love the resort and location. However, this unit lacked many extras. Many cabinets empty! No plastic for the young children and two towels for the kitchen and NO dishrags. The bathroom towels were very inadequate for six adults and three children. We were constantly doing laundry. There was not one piece of non stick cookware for the type cooking we enjoy on our vacations. The seating in the living area was scarce and “the beanbags” were hardly adequate for adults. Again, loved the resort but this unit needs major updates.
