Your Luxurious Mediterranean inspired beach front condominium awaits you! Unit 209 is the largest floor plan in the building boasting over 2400 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge 440sq ft. terrace w/ gas grill. This upscale condo is professionally decorated w/ upgrades including travertine stone tile throughout except in the bedrooms (carpet), crown molding, granite countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, 6 burner gas cooktop, separate icemaker, flat screen tv's, Gulf front spa like master suite w/ his and her closets, relaxing tub, separate shower, separate vanities and balcony access. Additional bedrooms provide en-suites for convenience & privacy. Amenities include, refreshing pool, spa, private beach walk-over, gated entry, assigned parking and fitness room. | | This beautiful vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in the living room and master bedroom leading you to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the view of the gulf. The master bedroom retreat has a king-size Select-Comfort bed, an attached four-piece bathroom with a soaking tub and a two-person shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath and shower/soaking tub as does the third bedroom which consists of a double/twin bunk with a private bath and shower/soaking tub. The 3rd bedroom comes with a twin over double bunk and private bath. The 4th bedroom comes with a queen bed. The chef's kitchen is all Viking® appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a six-burner gas range. The dining area has a table that seats eight and there four bar stools. There is also a gas grill on the balcony. Seasonal beach service (March - October) complimentary. Saturday to Saturday stays only.

Beautiful condo with everything you need.

Amazing condo--amenities, view, cleanliness; the kitchen is wonderful-- fully stocked to accommodate large families. Pool and hot tub were great--would definitely recommend this condo. One of the best we've stayed in on Okaloosa.

Safe, secure and gorgeous condo just steps away from the beach and pool. We had an amazing stay- got prompt and immediate responses from the management team and loved the condo!

Beach Thanksgiving 2023

Beautiful place to host family for Thanksgiving. Gorgeous view and easy beach access. Very clean property. Fantastic kitchen with everything needed for cooking a large holiday meal. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and so well equipped. We didn’t realize how much we needed a dedicated ice maker!! Nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked. We had issues with the property front gate being stuck and not opening with the code. However, the management company was quick to respond and help. Also has a couple of small maintenance issues, but again they were resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo!

This condo has a lot of space and bedrooms are nicely separated. Access to pool/ beach is convenient. No wait for elevators but this could be because it was September. The complex itself is not huge so that makes for less crowd which is great. We had a problem with TV in bunk room but it was quickly resolved the next day by a very helpful repairman. Kitchen was well equipped and there are several good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this condo for a large family if you can make the 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths work for your group.

With having toddlers I wish the condo would have been cleaner. Some examples were the bathtub in the master bath being dirty upon arrival and our feet were turning black from dirty floors. We also had difficulty with the air conditioning unit, our condo was 76/77 degrees all week. Otherwise the condo was great for our larger group.

I hosted family and friends for two weeks there and it truly was like heaven on earth. Plenty of room, a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach, pool, and gulf, a well equipped kitchen, and I could go on and on. The included beach service was wonderful and the responsiveness of the management team was unmatched to anywhere I have stayed before. The gated property was very secure and we felt totally safe during our stay. Do yourself a favor and rent this unit. You will not regret it!

The condo was beautiful, incredibly stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances (we cook a lot on vacation), a the best beds we have ever had in a rental, residents were so friendly, perfect size building and the best location. I hope we can make it make back again soon!!!

Amazing Beachfront Rental

Best rental we've ever had! Place was even more beautiful than photos, clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We asked property manager for a recommendation and he got back to us with a phone number within 20 mins. Beach was stunning, chairs set up with umbrellas every morning, pool and spa were great.
