The location of this condo is ideal - near the pool and near the beach. Walking distance to the little store. I appreciated having enough bath towels, wash cloths, etc. Also appreciated the fan in the front BR since there was no ceiling fan. However, the unit needs some TLC; the ceiling fan/light in the living room wasn't controllable. The fan was on too high and the light didn't work at all. I was able to recharge the battery to control the fan speed but not the light. The manager got us a lamp. The outlet behind the dresser in the front BR didn't work; plugged light and fan in the outlet behind the bunk beds. Paint is peeling in the kitchen over the sink (or maybe in the master bathroom?) One suggestion: it appears you have a washer/dryer hookup in the dressing area outside the master bath. If you put a stackable washer/dryer in there, this unit would be heaven! The pay-to-use washers and dryers did not work most of the time. You might consider written instructions on how to use your TVs. There were several remotes on the table. I believe the storm Tuesday evening knocked out your internet (and thus streaming service.) The on-site manager went above and beyond trying to resolve the issues. Also, you should disclose that the Aqua Villa complex is NOT pet friendly; pets can NOT be walked on complex property, nor the beach. I think your HOA should consider using one of the green spaces on the east or west end of the building as pet-friendly space.
