Sea Dunes Resort, unit 103 is a beautiful beachfront, full 3 bedroom condo with beach and pool access. The private patio of Sea Dunes Resort, unit 103 offers beautiful ocean views (Gulf of Mexico) as well as privacy. Sea Dunes Resort, unit 103 comes complete with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 baths, living and dining area, pullout sleeper sofa, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more. A king size bed in the master suite with TV, as well as large master bath. The second bedroom offers an inviting Queen size bed with TV, and a third room has bunk beds with full-thickness twin mattresses. This unit is beautifully decorated, with a fully furnished kitchen that will offer all the comforts of a luxury resort. Don't wait, reserve your dates now!

Unit 103 is located on the second level with a direct view of the ocean. All units come with beach service, and full-resort access. Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your very own space in the sand.

This unit is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

COVID-19:
This property is available for occupancy. Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests. We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.

Birthday trip

Very good. Unit needs updating but we enjoyed convenience. Had not been properly cleaned. Coffee pot had molded grounds in it. Laundry room was very dusty & door track was a bit disgusting in the track. But again great location & convenient!

Loved the accommodations

The property was very nice. Decorated nicely and clean. The door going out to the deck has a broken handle. The elevator began to malfunction in the last day or two. Being on the first floor was helpful

Replace master bed

Stay was great. Property was clean and nice. As others mentioned previously in reviews, the balcony furniture should be pub style so you can see over railing. The master bedroom bed is horrible. It was temporary fixed, but within 2 nights it was broke again. The mattress is also very uncomfortable. Wasn't a big deal about the broken elevator since its on 1st floor. The parking garage is super tight. There's sections of 3 spots together, but you can't open doors if you are 3 tight in them. I know that's not your fault though 😊 We will be back next year. Nothing here can't be fixed and not keep a 5☆. Still awesome! Thank you!!

Great location! Beautiful view. Property was clean and we felt safe.

We enjoyed this property. Bunk bed room is a little small for 2 teenagers. But would be perfect for small children. Everything else was wonderful!

Great family stay

Unit was clean and as pictured. We had a great time! Beach is beautiful!!! Chair service was great! Ask for Seth!! Covered parking/garage was a little tight, but we made it work, even with a minivan. But if you have a larger vehicle, there are other spots just as close. Pretty much everything you need to make your own meals. Beds we're comfy (which is usually a crap shoot with a rental). The best part is being on the first floor and walking out the balcony down to the beach! Side notes- there is a little mini Mart a minute walk away in the parking lot if you forget anything and we recommend the Old Bay Steamer restaurant down the street-always good food, been lots! A tad pricey, but split a steamer pot of you're on a budget. Worth it! Overall five stars!!

Awesome Experience!

Our stay was fabulous. The unit was exactly as described in the promotional materials and photos. Sitting on the patio and enjoying the wonderful view and sounds of the beach while having coffee was awesome. It was literally only a few minutes walk to the beach to feel the white sands under your feet. Chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning for the guests to use. This unit was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. We're already planning for another week of relaxation at the beach next year. Jim & Patti, Toledo, Ohio

Great room and location.

My wife and I stayed here along with our 20 something daughter, the week before Labor Day. The room was spotless and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and the dishes and utensils all matched, an unusual find in many rentals. With the exception of the tiny room with the bunk beds, all the rooms were large and had plenty of closet space. Bathrooms were large, clean and had great water pressure. We did not use the bunk bed room, but it would only be suitable for kids and has no closet or furniture other than the bed. Although it is a first floor room, you still have a great view of the beach and Gulf over the dunes and this unit has a private staircase from the balcony down to the beach ramp. The beach is clean, pure white sand and you will find 2 wooden lounge chairs and a canvas umbrella waiting for you each day at no charge. I have no real complaints at all, but do have a couple of "negative" comments. The garbage disposal vibrates the sink so much it actually shuts the water off sometimes and is very loud. Also, although is is nice to walk off the balcony to the beach, you cannot lock the patio door from the outside. If you want to lock the door, at least one guest will have to go out the front door and walk around. We felt safe enough that we chose to leave the patio door unlocked when went down to the beach, just a short walk away, but that is a personal choice. As far as the area, we arrived at the very end of the busy season so the crowds were gone but everything was still open for business. Sea Dunes is located away from all of the busy commercial businesses, so it was like having a private beach. There is a convenience store within walking distance that carries snacks, drinks (including alcohol) and other groceries and beach toys. The fishing pier, aquarium and TONS of great restaurants are only a 3 minute drive away and the Destin Harbor area is only 10 minutes away. We also rented some Jet Skis from Power-Up water Sports and went parasailing with Boogies Watersports. I recommend both of them. I am told the crowds get crazy during the peak summer season, which some people enjoy. I prefer the start or end of the season to avoid the crowds. Either way, this condo will provide you with a great vacation spot that is far bigger than any hotel room and at a great price.

Perfect retreat

Great beach and a great condo. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking and serving. CLEAN! The tv was a nice extra having hd reception. The use of beach-chairs was great bonus also. Very comfortable master.

Nice but flawed.

Beautiful location, beautiful view! No beach prettier than the one in Ft Walton Beach, FL. The condo is lovely and nicely appointed but the housekeeping lacks. We could not walk bare footed in the unit without our feet getting black. No excuse. Might be a thin coat of mildue caused by being on the gulf: moist air? If that’s the case then the mopping water should have some bleach in it. Also, the elevator did not work the entire time.

Property was clean and had what we needed

Property was clean, with great balcony access to beach walkway for first floor. Loved the decor and wifi worked great. Having access to the beach chairs setup by a service everyday was awesome too! Property was close to Destin for easy access to major attractions and excursions. Saw fireworks on friday night from the beach that were going off in Destin for their fireworks cruise. Would definitely book this again.

Excellent experience

We had excellent experience at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It has a very wide balcony with 2 access from the master bedroom and the living room. It also has a private access to the beach, which make it even more convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single detail a modern kitchen needs, except for the coffee :) The renting company (Sunset Resorts rentals) was very nice and well organised. They were kind enough to take our laundry to wash it and dry it before they fix the small problem with our own washer. Overall, it is a highly recommended place for big families.

Super convenient with small kids

This condo is so accessible! You can park directly under the unit and walk up the stairs on the balcony. The First floor with access right off the balcony makes going back and forth to the beach SO EASY. If you need to grab something from the condo or use the restroom it is so easy to run back up. The decor was adorable and the price was a STEAL. The only drawback was the pool is very small. OH also it is right behind the tiny grocery store, so we walked back and forth for various items throughout the week.
