The place was as advertised. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the water pressure was amazing in the showers. What more can you ask for. This condo was everything we hoped it would be.

Nice family vacation

We had a great time at the Sea Oats with our family for fall break. It was a pretty accurate description, however there were supposed to be two beds in one room and there was not. Everything else was fine, the room was clean and described just as the listing. The pool was very nice and beach was very close! We enjoyed our stay and would be open to coming back in the future.

Nice Place

While you can't see the ocean really well (this condo is at the back side of the property) it is a good place to rent to go to the beach. The back bedrooms are small and the air conditioning in those bedroom isn't great, but overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic Fourth of July

The place was clean and smelled clean when we arrived. It was a great location to watch fireworks because the balconies face the mainland and the pier. The listing does not say the kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook, and there's a closet with games and puzzles! Bonus! We had seven staying there and it never felt cramped. The twin bed is actually a roll away cot. I would stay there again if the opportunity came again. Great location.

Peaceful and Perfect

Everything about our stay was great - from the location to the beach, the cleanliness of the property, and the ADA access for my mother in law. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay.

July vacation

Everything was fine except there was no Air condition in the elevators and it was way to hot in there. We were on the 5th floor so we went up and down the stairs most of the time. It was really inconvenient. The room was great though and right on the beach was great as well

Perfect for our size family

This condo worked out well for a family of four and grandparents. They had supplied it with items that they said they didn't have but it all worked out. Very clean. Communication was good on email. Everything worked.

Best family vacation

The process, location and cleanliness of unit was great. Beautiful location to visit. Close enough to various excursions and entertainment but far enough to have quiet and non crowded vacation.

Sea Chase Condo

Pros: The location was great! The two balconies were really nice too. Spacious condo. Good ice maker. Good living room area. Large seating areas were great. Kitchen is large and was clean. Access to the beach was ideal. Cons: Master bed was uncomfortable and would be better if it were a King, because there’s plenty of room. Dishwasher makes a lot of unusual noises when it runs. Washing machine makes loud noises too. Dryer takes twice as long to dry clothes/towels. BUT they all worked. Master bath is outdated and there was significant mold on the shower curtain. The tennis court is not usable. Overall, I got what I paid for and I’d stay there again for the price I paid.

The only complaint I have is the hot tub... it was disgusting 🤢 ... other than that the condo itself was very clean and the overall process was very easy and I would def stay here again!

Great experience!

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was clean and nice. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach! The pool and hot tub was a big hit. Definitely will consider staying here again!

Unhappy with amenties

The unit was nice and very close to the beach which was convenient. The unit was roomy but needed a little updating and some painting. The issues we had were with the wifi which is almost non existent. My daughter had a conference all week during our stay and was unable to attend via the internet due to the lack of wifi service. We were also unable to use one of the balconies in the unit due to construction and the other balcony was full of furniture so it was basically unusable as well. We also had plays to play tennis during our stay and was unable to do so because the tennis court was being used as the construction area and was also in really bad shape. We also were very disappointed that the hot tub was out of order duringnour entire stay. We were disappointed with some of the amenities that we were not able to use during our stay. Even though the unit was OK if we had known about the wifi, construction, balconies and no hot tub we would have made other arrangements.

Sea Oats 512 Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, FL

The unit was nice and kitchen exceptionally well stocked! We did have a cleanliness issue when we first arrived (it was something that would be easy to overlook). Resort manager got it remedied very quickly and the cleaning personnel was professional and courteous! THE WIFI WAS AWFUL! We called on that, too but could never get it working reliably or for much time. Don't bring a lot of homework along! I personally thought that the cleaning fee was excessive. It was listed in a range of $*** - $ **** for the week. We were charged the highest amount, possibly based on having 5 family members along. We left it as clean as if 2-3 people had stayed there. The beach was close and view of town area was nice. Personally, I did not find the living room furniture to be very comfortable but I guess that's personal. The unit was very roomy and comfortable overall...having 3 bedrooms is quite nice on vacation! The luggage carts were plentiful and held a lot. All in all, a very pleasant and relaxing place to spend a week!!! * Listing accuracy lost a star because of the poor internet wifi reliability.

The property sits right on the ocean with super easy access to the pool and beach. This property is roomy with three bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, TVs in each room, and has a washer and dryer. The air conditioner in this unit works amazingly well. The property manager was quick to respond to emails. We loved the white sandy beaches, clear ocean and daily complimentary umbrella and 2 beach chairs. There are two balcony’s with one of them having a distant view of the ocean. We didn’t miss the front ocean view because we spent so much time outside and were exhausted by the time we went in. There are lots of places that deliver and do grocery pick up if you are trying to stay out of crowds. This place was very family friendly.... we hope to return!

Perfect condo

Great, inexpensive rental right on the beach. Gorgeous, fully stocked condo close to AJ’s restaurant! Perfect for our budget loving family. We definitely will stay here again!

Family of 8 goes to the beach...

Excellent condo, location and although you can only see a bit of the ocean from the balcony it's just a short ride down the elevator and you're right there. We are a blended family with 8 of us total. We didn't feel crowded. Kids loved the waffle maker. Easy on us. We booked a snorkel trip. Sat on the beach and swam in the pool. Even relaxed in the indoor hot tub while it rained for a short bit. Would recommend to all families!

perfect vacation!

The condo was excellent..minus a few stains on the carpet (expected with rental property). It was perfect. The view isn’t the greatest, but we knew that beforehand and still chose it. The good thing about the angle of the two balconies was the full sun in the mornings while drinking coffee (to get a nice tan before heading to the beach) and nice shade in the afternoon (when you’ve had your fill of the sun for the day). We will definitely stay in this unit again. I highly recommend it!

What a great condo!

This place is spacious, decorated nicely, and very clean. We loved having two separate balconies. We thought is was a great deal and plan to return in the future. There was even a professional style waffle maker! All bedrooms have wall mounted televisions. We also loved the open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The dining table was big enough for the whole family. We all felt it was just a really comfortable place to stay.
