  • Este condomínio de férias em frente à praia está localizado em Destin, Flórida, ao longo da Costa Esmeralda. Condomínio nº 103 acomoda até 6 pessoas com um rei no quarto principal, 2 camas de solteiro no quarto de hóspedes e um sofá-cama na sala de estar. Há azulejos por toda parte com carpete nos quartos. A piscina e a praia de Destin estão convenientemente localizadas fora do seu 1º andar, saindo da varanda. Você estará a poucos passos da Praia de Destin. Todas as unidades são para não fumantes.

    O condomínio 103 é pintado recentemente com o novo molde da coroa. A sala possui sofá novo e assento de amor e espelho de parede. A sala tem uma HDTV de tela plana de 42 "para sua diversão. Ambos os quartos foram recentemente atualizados com móveis novos e persianas. O quarto principal tem uma HDTV de tela plana de 31 ”. O banheiro principal é privado para o quarto principal e oferece uma combinação banheira / chuveiro também. O quarto de hóspedes possui uma HDTV de tela plana de 18 ”. O banheiro de hóspedes possui uma combinação de banheira / chuveiro.

Beautiful Condo right on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The resort was very clean and well-maintained. Loved the convenience to the beach and pool. Also loved the activities they had planned for each day. Our kids loved the sandcastle building lessons. I wish there had been a beach shower at the end of the boardwalk instead of just inside the pool area, but that’s my only critique. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice week at the seaside

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location and accommodations for the whole family including small kids. A pleasant experience again this year. We used this location in the past and always was giving us everything we hoped and needed for a vacation. We have been all very happy for spending a so nice time together with the family. This is an ideal place to do this, and we already reserved the same spot for 2026. Thank you to the whole team at The Islander resort. We are looking already forward for the next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was great and we have stayed there for 3 years in a row and we will again next year. My only complaint is that the laundry washer is disgustingly dirty and full of crud. We attempted to clean it after we got our clothes infested with water hat looks like grime and dirt flakes from inside the softener tank in center of agitator... It is filthy and all that junk broke up into our laundry.... it needs a deep cleaning with a long brush. Other than that it was good. I wish florida didn’t have such a musty smell in these units but th ru ball seem to smell the same. It’s ok because we burn all our clothes when we get home. Kidding! See you next year!

Beach Lovers Must Stay Here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m very picky about where I stay and I’m 100% a beach lover! Just steps from the beach, and heated pool. Ideally perfect for older folks due to the main floor or families with kids. The community was quiet, clean, and check in was extremely convenient. Are only hiccup was the fridge ice maker not working however the front office provided complimentary bags of ice. I highly recommend this unit and community. We will hoped be back soon!

Great condo and Great room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a great room and straight across from the beach gate. The condo does have a washer and dryer which is very nice and is what keeps us coming back to this room. I do wish that the washer and dryer were not such an expensive upgrade to the room though. Also, it would be nice if a shower head would be installed in both bathrooms that had a hose due to all the sand. All in all a great condo and The Islander has a great beach attendant.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was good. The toaster is in need of attention. I left something important in the room upon departure. I’ve got noting but the run around every time I’ve called. New person every time that doesn’t know what I’m talking about. So the chain of command needs attention. It would be extremely easy to handle my dilemma. Now I’m sure I never will have it resolved.

Only thing was the TV in living room. We couldnt change channels even with new batteries in the remote. We didnt watch much TV anyway.

Mold

Reviewer Comments: 2nd night here my 10 yo and 21 yo step son's sinuses really started messing with them. 4th night my 10 son's sinuses started messing with him. I started smelling mold in the bathroom. 5th night I notice mold along the wall by the vents on the ceiling. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be down in the morning. They said they would be treating it with bleach. My husband is from Louisiana. He knows a lot about mold. If you use bleach on mold, it turns into pneumonia. We told them to hold off until we leave the next day. We stayed out of the condo as much as possible. With all that being said, the condo was nice, very convenient.

The staff was friendly and brought us a de-humidifier to help with the smell. The pool was always very clean and nicely kept. The beach access was great. Overall, we thought it was a good value for the price.

We've been staying at the islander for the past 15 of those 30 years. Something to be said for that. Highly recommend The Islander-haven't stayed in a unit yet that we were not happy with.

Good value and room location

Very enjoyable stay. Room was nice and in good condition. Had everything we needed. Bedding was comfortable and A/C worked well. First floor location was very convenient. Close to pool and beach access. Property was well-maintained...landscaping was very nice. Fresh paint on exterior; sidewalk, common areas have been updated. Beach was narrower than we might like and chairs were limited, but is was still nice. Beach attendant was very friendly and professional. Would advise getting out early to reserve best chairs. We enjoyed our first stay in the Holiday Isle area, very centrally located. Overall, would highly recommend!

We love the islander

Needs to be better stocked in the kitchen (needs more serving dishes, bowls, pots/pans). Wish the Islander would do something with the gym. 2 people puts it at max capacity.
