This picture is very deceiving, it looks nothing like the picture it’s nothing but an old apartment complex with what appears people live there permanently and all hanging on balcony and socializing and did not have elevator, nothing but stairs and there were 4 of us elderly ladies that have walking issues much less going up stairs to carry luggage, impossible, so manager saw we were all elderly and offered to put us in downstairs in a room that had 3 queen beds at no xtra charge. We accepted but did not check it out cause we needed to go have dinner before everything closed and we told him and he said ok. So when we got back about 1 1/2 hrs later and we walked in we all could see how filthy everything was starting with floor and as we made our way in and it smelled musty, restrooms were nasty ring in commode as if it never was cleaned and yellowish/brown stains in bathtub and curtains to tub were nasty and stained counter on vanity was deep in dust …UNBELIEVABLE could not believe EXPEDIA WOULD EVEN have them as a choice. There was no available hotels in area because of spring break and other sports activities taking place. I called Expedia to report since that’s who I booked through and spent almost 2x ours on phone with agents because first one put me on hold for 25 minutes and then I got dial tone so I called back and went through almost same outcome other than I had 2 choices stay the night or check out. We opted to check out. He guaranteed our refund…
