The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. "Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."

"We had a great stay. The unit is attached to the owners home but we had plenty of privacy! The home was clean and beds were comfortable. The bird feeders brought constant birds into the serene back yard. My fiance enjoyed his time on the lake. He went out every single day and caught over 60 fish during our stay. This was the perfect location to mount Dora and the owner was responsive and helpful."
