"O hotel é bom, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Um funcionário debochou de nós por estarmos usando máscaras faciais. reclamamos com outra recepcionista que disse apenas "sinto muito". Ficamos 10 dias na região e essa foi a única vez que fomos mal tratados."

"Terrible! Worst stay ever! They charged me three times. When I have complinied with the hotel they were rude and not helpfull. I did not autorize the charges and they did, even though I had informed and showed them that I had been charged already. I am still waiting for the rebursement.

"Clean room- had issues with the tv but the staff was accommodating to both disabilities and also to moving rooms when the tv issue arised. Room was clean and in front of the pool- so we had a nice view of pool and waterway. Pool was clean and nice temp- always people in it during the daytime while we were there. Beat the bridge so can hear traffic but the bridge is beautiful and pretty quiet overnight. Breakfast was really really good with a few different options but one of the better free...
