While the cottage initially looked like it could use some maintenance on the outside - it didn’t. It’s a true old Florida cottage.Inside it’s so well decorated and comfortable. "This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). Due to some unforeseen circumstances with our loved one at the hospital the host was very accommodating. I would stay here again if I needed to access the...

"My family and I had a wonderful time here! The owners were very communicative and accommodating. The house was just right for the four of us - and incredibly dog friendly! It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The porch is a perfect place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you listen to the waves. I would absolutely come back!"

"Clean, private stay, full kitchen, fenced in patio, close to beach with great hosts."

"The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. "
