"I had car trouble and could not make it for my reservation. I do understand the cancellation policy however I had called the property several times over the course two days and could not get ahold of anyone. I even went as far as to message the hotel. No response. I’m sure they are going to charge my card. Just for the lack of communication I’m giving the lowest rating."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The staff was completely unhelpful whenever issues were brought to their attention, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. "I am not sure what happened with the Bathroom but when we left & came back to the room from a day at Busch Gardens, the bathroom floor was flooded 😳...not sure where the water came from but we got it up best we could..other than that, the room was clean..we stayed 6 nights with 3 kids..room was reasonable for that amount of time..I would stay here again!! Staff was cool..our 1st time visiting Virginia & it was pleasant"
